Strange vibe. Coffee was okay, but I remember it being better. Ditto the food. Seating was rearranged; less inviting. Not at all busy, but staff seemed stressed. It's franchised chain, so it could be a turn over of management. Will probably not return.

Staff could be a bit more understanding of the needing to use the restroom. I don’t look like a tweaker who’s gonna get my fix in the restroom. ? aside from the restroom, the staff wasn’t bad AFTER you buy something

They really have gone downhill. I guess it's no wonder why so many locations closed. Again another crappy service experience at this one. I walked in the store and asked if I could use the hand sanitizer first because my hand was dirty. The person snapped back "it's only for paying customers." I told the person I was buying things (a drink and packaged coffee). The response was "I have to charge you first." So a frequent customer has to grab their wallet out of their pocket with a dirty hand because the coveted hand sanitizer can't be used first? Unreal. Then I call the place to talk to a manager and no one answers at all after several attempts. They weren't even busy! No customers in like. One customer sitting there and another worker standing around. Again, it's no wonder Coffee Bean is becoming harder and harder to find. Multiple crappy service experiences at this one in particular. The last time was waiting for the staff to finish talking to a friend before I could even order. Then I had to wait for the coffee a long time, only to realize it wasn't even made right.

Good drink and snack. Nice customer service . Clean inside and clean restroom. The music volume just right. Not too crowded in the morning here. Feel relax and recharge here.

Stopped in for our second time while staying in the area. Everyone working was very friendly and kind, as well as thanked us for coming in. I am obsessed with the cookie butter hot latte. My daughter enjoyed the ice blended drinks. We both got breakfast sides- I got a blueberry muffin which was very tasty and my daughter enjoyed the chocolate croissant. Definitely worth coming to this location.
I'm giving this location 2 stars because of their service. I went in this morning and unfortunately the scanner for their app wasn't working (I was paying with a gift card on it). Nbd, I was able to place a mobile order at 10:47 which would be ready at 10:55. Again, nbd. The issue for me started to arise when it was 11, then 11:05 and my drink still hadn't been made. The person who took my order checked in about it and a barista said they were working on it. A few more minutes go by and I walk around the window to see what's up with it and it's sitting right there. My name had never been called (I'm not hard of hearing either). There were people who came in after me and still received their order before mine. I mean, I'm not a barista or anything but a measly hot chocolate taking over 15 minutes isn't strange? While the wait was bothersome, I gave them the courtesy of being patient but it's unfortunate that they couldn't even return the favor by simply calling out my name, especially when I heard them calling out everyone else around me. My first time at this location since I'm new to working in the area and now they're on my sh*t list. What a disappointment

This place gives horrible service! When I let them know I didn't ask for a regular drink they insisted that I never said a large when those are 2 different things. I would not recommend to come here. Everyone is in a bad mood and the girls that work here are not properly groomed and have really bad hygiene and attitude.

If you're expecting to have your coffee made before the coffee machines have been turned on or have a warm pastry before the oven's had a chance to heat up then you're weird. Kick back and enjoy the music because though Google Maps tells you this place opens at 5:00 am, the first order won't be ready until around 5:30 or 5:45 am.

The drinks are great, the service is slow, the service is lackluster. The shop itself is long with no back exit and feels crowded with pick up towards the back. As an anxious person I dread using this location.

Vive Juice Shot Peach Jasmine Cold Brew R Hibiscus Berry Sunrise Red Velvet Cake Pop Birthday Cake Pop Not too shabby! I'm more of a Starbucks fan to be honest. But I figured, why not try this place out. The coffee was alright. The tea was very sweet. Which is what I like. And the cake pops were not the best. I also had fun playing with the cake pops because I'm immature lolol my fiancé got a good laugh tho. Overall not bad. The shot of ginger was great! Tasted gross but I feel like it did good things for my insides lol
