I've been here several times and tonight went with my cousins who wanted bottle service. They were charging $800 for 6 of us! They think it's Hollywood or something lol. They brought it down to $600 but there was no way I was paying that for a basement in Santa Ana. The girl at the front with pink hair was super nice but when I tried to walk past the entrance to leave, the mall cop Dollar Tree version of Bow Wow grabbed and pushed me back into the line saying I had to wait. I told him why would I have to wait if I'm leaving? My friend also told him I was trying to get out but he just blocked me from going out and said I had to stay there so I told the idiot I was leaving and just made my way back through the line. I don't understand how someone entry level security gets off thinking it's ok to touch customers. Never going back to this place.

Drinks are alright but not worth the price the vibe is really not what I was hoping for but if you are around the area it is ok to check out but I would not recommend to make the drive for it

IF YOU WANT YOUR PHONE STOLEN COME HERE!!! This past weekend while having a great time on the dance floor, someone decided to open my purse (while it was on me) and take my phone. When I noticed it gone, I told security and all they said was "oh there's a lot of pickpocketers here, your phone is the third stolen phone tonight." It's so normal for them. They act like it isn't a big deal. So unfair!!!!! THIS IS NOT OK

Recently went to this location this past weekend and enjoyed my time out Noticed one of the guards on the bottom area by the stairs was very polite and greeted us right when we entered (usually you see guards all mean not saying hi bye or anything so I very much appreciated that) Wish I would of got his name but he was very nice and loved his smile !

Got a table and VIP experience on a Friday night. Service was great, atmosphere was cool, only real complaint is the DJ's replayed a lot of songs throughout the night. But overall good experience.

My friend was harassed by someone instead of helping the "security" threw her out through the back and did nothing at all.

The staff are the worse. It’s not even worth stopping by.

Great music, good and relaxed vibe, mixed drinks were alright, and street parking was easy to find.

Their beers on tap were all warm which was not pleasant to drink when its already hot inside the bar. i figured id try their cocktails after that experience so i asked the bartender to make me a green tea miced drink which is one of the drinks on their menu. Keep in mind they have their menu on tvs behind the bar with all the ingredients for each drink listed plainly for patrons to see. As i am talking to my friend waiting for my drink, i watch this bartender pour the completely wrong liquor (she poured jack daniels instead of jameson!!). As a bartender, you should at the very least know the drinks that are on the menu, and if you dont know/are new have the common decency to turn around and look at the screen behind you with the ingredients listed there maybe? Dont just guess.... needless to say i was not impressed with this place.
