I called in a pick up order over the phone i went in about 2 weeks ago and the system was down, they had no way of getting my order so they made me pay it all over again till this day I have not been able to get my refund

This is the only Habit Burger grill that didn't grill my beyond burger. It was mushy as if it was just put in the microwave. Every Habit burger grill that I've been to really gives you a Char-Broiled beyond burger. I also asked for raw onions on my burger and they were caramelized.

There was a super rude lady with braces arguing with my 8 year old nephew about freaking sodas. How bad of a day do you have to be having to be arguing with a kid? I purchased two combos and my nephew went to pick up the cups and the lady kept denying him the second cup. I overheard the back and forth and when my nephew came over he said she told him he was only allowed one cup. So I walked to the counter and with attitude she says "what happened?!" I asked for another drink and she hands it to me angrily saying "I GOT IT" as if she was paying for it. We almost took our food to go but decided not to let miserable employees ruin a nice lunch for me and my little niece and nephew. Please do better.Kid-friendliness: Not this specific location.

You really can't go wrong with the Habit. I've eaten at this location twice. My double char was cooked to perfection. Another time I ordered the garden salad with 5 piece chicken bites. I like to make my own salad that way. I mix the balsamic with the sweet honey mustard. It's so good! Service and ambiance were both up to par for a Habit location.

Clean spaces inside and outside dining areas, very friendly staff. Food was great as ever and in good portion sizes. My sister had never been as she doesn't do burgers but she loved the Santa Barbara and sweet potato fries (which is the only reason she wanted to try The Habit). I had the Original burger med well which is never wrong and ordered onion rings on the side and an ice cold Coke. The classics never fail.Parking: Even though the center comes with its own parking lot it also is used by the multiple shops. You'll find parking but it may not be super close by. We parked in front of Mother's Market which was about 20 yards away. Our lunch was on a Sunday afternoon after church so it may be less crowded during the week.

Wonderful service and good food. Very fresh! And the management. - absolutely outstanding. The two that were there this evening were both working very hard wherever they were needed. They weren't standing to the side observing, but stepped in to help make the food, prepare the bags for the customers when the food was ready, etc. Absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be back again!

Service was great! Hadn't been to The Habit in a long time and needed a menu refresher. Lucy answered all my questions and made suggestions and had the most wonderful attitude. She smiled the entire time and laughed with me, was so sweet and she treated every guest after me the same. Wow!!! I am seriously impressed by her kind and friendly disposition. The food was great too but it's the service that will keep me coming here more often. :)
