Really BAD experience.I went today around 7:15pm and I got really bad customer service from ELLIE, or Ely, however they spell it. Let me start by saying I was the ONLY one getting yogurt and toppings, there were customers there but sitting down eating their yogurt. So as I started to get my toppings I was rushed the whole time, as soon as I was putting down the spoon she got it and moved it in like 2 seconds. I got another topping and she did the exact same thing which is really RUDE . There was no one in-front nor behind me. Why was I being rushed ? Or treated as if I was making a mess. I got more cheesecake than anything and she takes out the container to go fill it up in the back like her hand was waiting there rushing me to put back the spoon? I then took my yogurt to go weigh it and she doesn't even say anything besides the amount wich was like $9.25 or so .. that's when I asked for her name. She needs to learn to be welcoming, and learn customer service skills, the way she treated me was not right. My boyfriend was with my kid playing to get the little toy in the toy machine they have in the entrance. I told them to let's go I'll go buy them yogurt somewhere else . Definitely will not go back, if you want frozen yogurt avoid this place there's another tutti fruit on Bristol and 17 st..

No compren ai porq venden cosas echadas a perder y le llame ala tienda para desirles q el yogur estaba echado a perder y el pendejo del manager me sale q balla a tenderme q porq tengo covic q balla aséeme una prueba q porq estoy con síntomas d covic eso me me dijo ese pendejo del Mager y la empleada diciendo cosas q ni venían al casa así q que mal servicio es nunca vallan a comprar ai por eso no tienen jente y así a tendiendo menos al q tienen q yebar al doctor es al pendejo del manager

They have the flavors that I like and they have all the toppings that I like in need for my frozen yogurt craving. And the employee that checks you out is very nice and polite. If you need to kick a sweet tooth craving come here.

Decent froyo place that shares management/location with "Too Sweet" sweet shop. They had 9-12 yogurt options in Jan 2022 - general ones, no seasonal/special ones. Billing was at the chocolate shop. The only con - toppings did not look appetizing. Also self service, so could make one tad bit nervous during pandemic.
