This location is very close to me but every time I go in is always a problem-with with my order when I ask the staff to fix my order and the cashier have an attitude and always get bad chicken. There is only one lady always nice and very professional but the rest off the staff need too get traning on how to treat customer and provide great customer. I rather drive to other location.

This place hits so well every single time. Clean, healthy, good food. If I stop by when in the area. Or if I order through door dash, always, always hits well. Truly, thank you to all employees here. Never has a food been so consistently good. Thank you ?

I did a phone order to this location a worm came out in my bowl! Seems like a maggot. Called the location to let them know. A young lady answered first. At first she was listening but then began to seem like she didn't believe what we found because she kept questioning us and she let us know she couldn't do anything. We asked for management she said no management was available. Asked who was the person in charge at the moment and passed us a male very RUDE! He kept saying that wasn't true they know what they are doing if we are saying the truth to take it in! Processed to tell us it wasn't true because this location was a corporate location like if that had to do with anything that happened. We asked if he was the manager denied to answer asked for his first name denied to answer said he didn't have to provide his name. I let him know we will be putting this on YELP told me to put it where ever I want he doesn't care what we do with the information asked for his name again said no bye I don't care what you do and clicked. So know I am here posting this. The call was at 12:11pm on Jan 16. 2024 when we called about the incident. Hope management can review the cameras and see who was that rude employee. Hope the employee is content with this picture and this review since he told us to do what ever we want with the information. Please have better mannered employees Waba Grill.

We stopped by here on our lunch meeting a few weeks ago. I got the Chicken and rice bowl with lots of veggies in them. Its a combo between fast food Asian combos of meats and veggies. I thought the food was ok, Not bland or anything like that. Customer Service was good. Id be willing to try again

Don't go here I just got the worst food poisoning ever, and I don't get sick ever! Haven't been sick for 7 years and I ate there at waba grill (the only thing I ate all day) And I've been shitting and throwing up for the passed two days, barley been able to get up.. muscles and bones felt so weak it's made me dehydrated.. ALL the symptoms of food poisoning.. not just a few.. ALL .. it's been miserable ever since I've ate there! lazy workers, they just wanted you in and out so they can do nothing. !!!!I'm sure the chicken was old considering the lack of business due to horrible customer service lol!!!!!

They always leave long strips of chicken because the guy cuts it in a hurry… I never order chicken strips, but that’s why I seem to always get. Going to wahoos next time. No chicken strips there lol
