The pretzels are sooo good when they are fresh. The dips are good. The customer service is great! The lemonade taste good. I got the mini cinnamon bites with the sweet glaze. So good! I also got the pretzel dogs. They were a little old but still not too bad. I also got the mini salted pretzel bites with the cheese dip and they were fresh out the oven. It was like heaven in every bite ????My son and I ate everything except the salted minis. There were way too many. They give you a huge portion!

The employees by the food court are amazing but the pretzel stand that’s next to forever 21 that lady was rude when i asked the price difference politely. Instead of handing out the reciept she threw the receipt at the counter . That is not ok y’all need to check up on her Becouse her attitude is disrespectful.

i think she was a manager but i asked about my employee mall discount and she didn't give me the discount said "next time it takes to long to undo everything" when i've never had that issue with their employees they always give me the mall discount. maybe it was because i wasn't wearing my lanyard but still before ive never had that issue. she asked where i work and i told her. i would never lie about working at a mall for a discount it just felt very rude of her for no reason. since i work retail i get it ppl have bad days but its no excuse to be rude to customers. this happened at around 8:20pm on friday:(((

I was having a casual Thursday, leaving school, ready for a salty snack. Thanks to a recommendation from a friend, I had just got the Wetzel's app which came with a free pretzel. We drove to the mall and suddenly my app stopped working!! My rewards scanner wasn't loading, but you could obviously see that my rewards were there. I go up to the cashier and kindly ask if I can get my free pretzel with my rewards and I was HARSHLY shut down and they just wouldn't help me with it! I left defeated and went to another stand just to get shut down again when the lady told me she won't help me either. It was very disappointing because I had the reward and it wasn't my fault the app glitched. Their customer service is a reflection of a profit driven company.

Daniel Chang the owner of this location has zero professionalism and does not know a thing about customer service and running a buissness. I arrived to order and Daniel was at the register he already looked annoyed about being their and didn't greet me just waited for my order I asked for a #3 but with the pizza bitz , as I see him packaging a pizza pretzel I tell him I wanted the bitz ; He shakes his head annoyed, I ask him why and if he's not happy ,he says I keep changing my order , as an Owner you should know your menu and know a #3 would be bitz regardless and not a pretzel besides the fact that I told him pizza bitz. Also Daniel don't bring your problems to work if your not happy or want to be their please let your employees work and stay home.

This particular Wetzel's Pretzel can be hit or miss, but my experience has been more hits than misses. Wetzel's Pretzel's quality depends on how busy they are. If they are, you might wait in line, but the food it relatively fresh. If it's slow, you could get a pretzel that's been sitting there a couple hours. If there is a line and you're in a hurry, there is a kiosk in the mall down by Macy's if you want tempt fate that they'll have what you want. I miss the pre-covid days of free samples, which I assume are never coming back. But dang, I loved those little cinnamon bites. Sadly, the portion they come in is too big for me. If they had a smaller portion, I would buy it on every trip to the mall. I do love their cheese pretzel though. That's my current staple. Now, if they only had Coke instead of Pepsi, but sadly, nobody's perfect.

I was standing in line waiting to be helped. Following their tape marks on the ground to direct the line. They kept pulling other people that were not in line and helped them before me. Wasted 5 mins of my lunch break being ignored and pasted over when I was actually standing in their line and the others they were helping were not
Bought Cinnabitz around 6:53pm started to eat some and they were hard. Continued to shop around as was trying to eat them thinking it was just the tops one that were hard. After like 3 I ate and my baby ate like 1-2. Figured they were hard and old probably. Went back to ask if I can get them changed like at 7:03pm and the employees told me they couldn't change them since I stared to eat them. I explained I was trying to eat them and not make a big deal about it. But realized they were probably old. The manager was rude as telling me to move tot he other side as she needed to help other customers. I was like, I'm a customer too as I paid for them. They finally change them and were also hard. I have ate them many times and never that hard or old.

Got removed for a review "that go beyond simply reviewing a customer experience with a business" not sure how, so let's try this again. You tell me if this is a customer experience. I don't think I've ever had exemplary service at this location but it's the only pretzel place (now) in the mall so we settle for it. I prefer Auntie Anne's, but my party prefers this one, for whatever reason. On this particular day, there was a handful of patrons, and the stand was packed with 6-8 employees?? There was an Asi@n couple running the orders and register. She was yelling at patrons and trying to get orders 3 parties behind when people hadn't even gotten their orders or paid. Imagine that cr@p show. If you've ever been in the mall, right upstairs is the food court so it's extra loud. This stand currently has a plastic shield hanging, probably due to covid. So, it's really loud, and the dude starts talking directly behind the shield. I couldn't hear him so I said, "excuse me?" and he gets all pissy saying, "don't yell at me". I told him it's just loud and I couldn't hear him, not that I was yelling at him. He just kept repeating another 5 times for me to not yell at him. They hadn't given us our drinks but definitely tried to charge me for an extra one. Then he didn't know how to work the register and I had to insert my card FOUR times. What a sh!t show. After I paid, he again told me not to yell at him, lol. Can't remember what I said but I definitely yelled something at him this time about being...the way he was, and told him to come say something if he really had something to say. Not sure if he was cuz I'm the same race, but bet he wouldn't have said anything to other POC who are louder than me.

I’m not sure if the place is under new ownership or the new people just don’t know how their own system works. They offer fresh or frozen lemonade with boba, but the owner refused to provide it. She made a completely different drink than what was asked and told me to mix it with the lemonade I wanted. They didn’t know any of what they were selling. I was here a couple months ago and I got the drink I originally wanted. The lady’s husband didn’t know how to work the register and just kept telling people that there was something wrong with their credit cards. The same man kept changing the charges on our receipt. At the end I just wanted to pay an leave.

There's a lot of nostalgia when visiting Mainplace Mall's food court. You have a variety of eats to choose from including Sbarro, Mrs. Fields, Auntie Anne's, etc. However, my all time favorite stop at the food court is the Wetzel Pretzel stand. My go to order here are the CIn-A-BItz topped with a sweet glaze. They were extra generous with the amount of glaze on this order. Keep in mind, the glaze is an extra $1.10. An order of the cinnamon sugar rolled bites topped with the sweet glaze totaled $6.45. Note: There are 2 locations at Mainplace. They have a kiosk in the middle of the mall and are also located near the first floor of the food courts/by the elevator. Thanks Wetzel's Pretzels for always fulfilling my sweet tooth and cravings!
