First time trying this place out and the last time I will be going here. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and garlic fries. The garlic fries were soggy but what is earning the one star review is the sandwich. The chicken sandwich was the toughest chicken I've bitten into in as many years as I can remember. It was the entire patty, too. Not sure how you run a chicken business and offer people hard, tough chicken, but I guess I just found out. Would not recommend this place.

Best boneless chicken wings I've ever had. I recommend the garlic rosemary dry seasoning .

Omg I just randomly picked this place on Uber eats the food came fast and these are the best wings I have ever had!!! The flavors are phenomenal and I’m just amazed at how crunchy and fresh the wings are and the fries… even my picky kids are loving it! A new spot for sure (:

I literally could say that this are the best wings I have ever tasted! They are so crispy even after we had to drive to the place we were staying at. If I ever go back to Santa Ana Cali. I must definitely will be stopping by.

4 stars because sometimes the chicken can be overcooked and dry. Which is always sad. Love the mega bomb sauce as a side dipping sauce. It isn't super hot but does start to burn after eating it for a while. They use bulgogi beef on their nachos so the meat is a Lil sweet and not typical steak. I liked it. Mozzarella sticks don't come with marinara so that sucks lol but overall a great chicken spot. I noticed the chicken tastes overcooked when I order it through doordash or grub hub but not when I'm there in person.

Please don't go here. Just go to bb.q chicken or ANYWHERE else. Where do I even begin? I'm not going to count in parking because it's already limited and the location is in a very cramped spot. So I'm just gonna focus on the food, and the service. Some people don't care about the service, and just want to know if the food is good. Here, the chicken wings were good, but not amazing. The service, no. Bf & I got soy garlic and mango habanero. While the wings were crispy and tasty, we could barely taste the sauce of each flavor. It was almost as if they tasted exactly the same, so it wasn't distinguishable with what flavor was what. So if you want basic crispy wings, then sure, go here. But the service? This is why the review is 1-star. We got overcharged - we asked for a "combo", which, when we asked the cashier what that entailed, included a drink + fries for $4.99, we actually got charged the full amount for each. The cashier also had a LOT of trouble figuring out what was in a combo - lady with the dark red hair, if it takes 5 minutes to tell us a combo is just a drink + fries, I would suggest going over the menu again, it's part of your job. After politely asking the cashier on why we got charged the full amount, she told us that there was nothing they could do about it and to just email the owner on MAYBE getting a refund. MAYBE. For something that we were overcharged on. Our total of what should've been $34 came out to about $42. Might not sound like a big difference, but when you're getting charged $7 for basic a** fries when it was supposed to be $5 for a COMBO, then that's when it feels like robbery. There's other reviews regarding getting overcharged and this place serving upcharged food. Just save yourself the trouble and don't come here.

I gave this a try because it was late at night and offered the kind of food I was craving. However, I was really disappointed with my experience. Some warnings for anyone considering going to Wings & Bowls: - The parking is abysmal. I'd say it's actually a hazard to attempt to park here. - The interior of the building is dirty, the faucets don't work. If you can't wash your hands, neither can the staff. - Staff is unexperienced and undertrained. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because it's understandable that most businesses are having a tough time hiring. But I think an understaffed kitchen with experienced people is better than a full and bustling kitchen that doesn't know what they're doing. - None of the food looks like in the photos. Do NOT trust these photos in the reviews. Maybe things have changed in the past few months, but the reviews I read do not represent the experience I had. I had ordered takeout through Grubhub. I was waiting to speak to someone to pick up my order but no one talked to me. My estimated time was 40 minutes, but I had arrived 10 minutes early, and had no updates in the app telling me that my food was ready or to come earlier. Even though I was earlier than the ETA, I could see a bag of food sitting on the counter. I wondered if it could be mine, but I didn't think so because the status in the app was not updated and it said it was still being prepared. Well, it was mine, and I had to wait 10 minutes before staff talked to me to see who it belonged to. By the time I picked it up it was cold. What's worse is that even if the food was fresh and still warm, it wouldn't have helped. I had ordered 4 items and could confirm all the items on the receipt and on the bag of the food, but half my items were missing. I didn't notice though until I had gotten home, so I couldn't do anything about it except call to ask Grubhub for a refund (which they thankfully gave me). I don't have much advice for the owner to improve this experience except to start from scratch. What you have going isn't going in the right direction to achieve something better than my 2/5 star rating and I won't be giving this a second chance.

The wings are phenomenal! I just ordered the regular $$10 wings but you can't go wrong with how it came out. It was super crispy and flavorful. I ordered rice to go with it and they give you a good amount for $3. The soy glaze comes on the side but I was too busy enjoying the wings to really remember about it. Totally worth it, and the sauce made it 10x better!

Horrible parking, lackluster seating, weird hours, and a bit on the pricy side. The wings are totally worth it! Their wings have this really great crunch on the outside that I just don't get at wing stop or anywhere else. Also their Spicy Korean BBQ sauce has something more in it that just really makes it taste amazing. The fries weren't bad either. I came here on a whim and have been back multiple times since. Check the hours because they were wacky. I wanted to go there for lunch but they didn't open until 4pm that day. Final thought: Get the Korean BBQ Wings

After meeting the owner who is also the chef, I really wanted to like the place very much. But there are some problems. First it's located at 515 Main Street. Inside something called the McFadden Public Market. The building is almost invisible from Main St. Parking is limited in back of the building, and currently construction makes it quite challenging to access. None of that is the restaurant's problem, and only included here for future reference. The problem started with accessing the building. There's a gate that doesn't have a sign saying anything about the businesses located inside. I had faith and tried it. It opens onto an open patio that is actually really well decorated. I went through and into the building where I was immediately hit with the overwhelming stench of a dirty bathroom. This, being a communal bathroom also not solely the responsibility of the restaurant. However, if it was my business, I would have taken fifteen minutes and bleached it from one side to the other. Now to the food. My chief complaint is the price is rather higher. 9 wings for 12.99. On the plus side, both boneless and bone-in are quite large. I purchased four flavors: Buffalo, Soy Ginger, Spicy Korean, and Lemon Pepper. The flavors are all delicious, the wings deep fried and crispy with a great flavor in the breading. Disadvantage, although correct in putting sauces on the side for transport home, the flavor doesn't permeate the chicken. I was okay with this, husband was not. I ordered the shrimp fries. Now the amount included for the price was quite large. Definitely enough for a meal actually. But they don't travel well at all. Husband said mozzarella sticks were hard and he didn't like them. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't a great experience either. And for the price of the meal we will probably not return. But the food is good, I think for takeout the bowls would be a better option.

Fabulous! The CRISPIEST wings, great garlic noodles, better than you'd expect bowls, I'll keep coming back here over your average wing place any day

The bbq sauce was quite Salty with not much bold flavors. I am. Major Wing person I love to try wings from all n any restaurants that have wings. Overall the wings were decent size with a hint of crispy outside. The fries were stale and not crispy at all. But decent enough to fill a late work day hunger.

Not a local but glad we stumbled in here. The chicken sandwich was bomb. So was the philly cheesesteak. We added the lemon pepper fries , angry pineapple, lemon pepper and cilantro lime wings (mixed ). Have to say, this was absolutely delicious and unexpected. Can't wait to come back.

I ordered through Door Dash because the photos of the food were incredible. Sadly the Door Dash driver did not use his insulated delivery bag so the food was not in optimum condition when it arrived. This is not an issue with the restaurant, just a side note but could apply to an issue I had with the food. I ordered 4 different flavors of wings. I was surprised the restaurant doesn't toss the wings in sauce for delivery, rather they ship the sauce on the side. Makes sense but was a new experience. Of the 4 flavors ordered, I only received 3 so one set of wings had to be sauced with the remnants of the sauces left over. Because the wings weren't sauced for delivery the cooked meat dried out during delivery. Sauce could keep the wings moist longer. Of the sauces we ordered, the flavors simply DID NOT deliver. The Buffalo Sauce was the closest to what I'd expect in flavor. The Spicy K-Style tasted mostly like a strong soy/teriyaki sauce more sweet and definitely no spice. The Spicy Explosive sauce was sweet and not spicy and we felt like it was almost the same recipe as the K-Style. No spice, no heat, just sweet. We ordered the Cilantro Lime, but that's the sauce that was not packaged with the order so can't review that one at all. We also ordered garlic fries and the flavor was there but they were slightly undercooked and limp/soggy. Had the DoorDash driver used his insulated delivery bag and kept the food warmer, they might have been better. Hard to say whether or not I'd give this place another shot. When the sauces were just so off base from what I'd expect the other quality issues don't seem to be enough to make me go back. Hope the owner sees this review and evaluates their recipes. Putting spicy on anything should imply a certain level of heat. None to be found here. Didn't even need water to cool my mouth.

This place is a let down. I should have known better you show up to a place when it's dinner time rush anywhere else and there is no one there other than you. My wife ordered a chicken bowl the chicken was disgusting it seem it was just boiled in water the rice was stale and the vegetables where even worst. I ordered a wing bowl they forgot to give me wings they gave me a breaded chicken breast with wing sauce. To be honest we spent almost 40 dollars for our dinner we threw it away. I regret not going back and returning everything. We here so much about supporting our local business you can't when they are this bad.
