Discovered this place today while walking through the la arcada plaza and decided to stop in for lunch with my fiancé for her birthday. We were sat next to a nice turtle pond which provided us with entertainment while we waited for our food. It was the afternoon post lunch rush, pre dinner rush so it was quiet. Chips and dip were good, pizza as well. Service was the worst I've experienced. I'm usually pretty lenient as I have been in the industry for 20 years but our waitress was not attentive at all and it seemed like we were the last people she wanted to talk to on planet earth. I ordered a second beer and fifteen minutes later, it was still not at the table and she was nowhere to be found. I had to ask the hostess to cancel the order as we began to feel like we weren't wanted there and our waitress was MIA. I would understand if it was busy but there was almost nobody else in the restaurant and the table besides us. Very disappointing experience.

This place was impressive from initial impressions. The atmosphere is AWESOME! We had a blast getting here early for happy hour, playing games and watching the Stanley Cup finals with our group of friends. The music is bopping here, the waiters are cute ;) , the food is quality and I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. I'll definitely be coming back. Prices are a bit high - but mostly in line with downtown State Street so can't complain, plus they provide the great atmosphere that is worth the price bump.

Seems like a good place to get some beer and grub to watch the game, or have a nice drink on the weekend with your friends! I ordered take out yet again (darn UberEats) and funny enough my order was taken by one driver and they took the food, so it must have been good! I did get the cheese bread/pizza which was absolutely delicious, so definitely recommend that to have with a side of ranch! I look forward to eating the burger and chocolate cake when someone doesn't take my meal, haha.

This restaurant was pretty disappointing. We got the garlic cheese bread and it was soggy from all the grease. We also got calamari and it tasted wrong. Not fresh. Very strange experience overall. Want my money back

I stopped by with my friend for dinner and drinks. It was a Friday night and they had a live band with folks vibing and dancing to the beat. All the fire pits were on and it was such a chill ambience. We didn't have to wait for a table. Our server Elizabeth was quick to approach and ask us for our drinks and order. She was able to suggest items that were to our liking. She was so sweet and personable. I ordered this Thai steak salad with filet mignon and it was super delicious. The flavor was on point. I ordered a gin martini with egg white and it was also yummy. I didn't care too much for the egg white part, maybe next time I'd order a regular gin martini up. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to hang out to a chill vibe with some good company.

The meal was just okay, took forever to get the waitress to take our order she retorted that there were only two of them, but in reality there were six. Then they automatically added a 20% tip to a $34 meal for two people, which I don't like in general. Waitress reversed it but I gave them what was truly deserved which was 17%. Won't go back. 3rd restaurant on this location in four years.

The food is always of the hook- we as a community need to support this establishment.

Shared a artisan style vegetarian pizza, large enough for two . Delicious and creative. Did not order alcoholic beverages. Quiet at weekday lunch. Good value for location.

A group of us have been coming here consistently during the March madness games this month and we have all been so happy with the experience here! For starters I want to shout out to Liz and Travis who always have gone above and beyond when serving our group. Travis is super friendly and helpful with navigating the menu, one time I was asking for boneless wings, and he recommended getting chicken strips and adding Buffalo sauce, i really appreciated his recommendation and allowing me to order the kids menu to get the meal I was craving! Liz is also incredible, she always assumes to split the check and does it ahead of time so that it is easy when people want to close out! She keeps an eye out for low drinks and makes sure your orders are put in before happy hour ends. Apart from the excellent service, they actually play game audio, which is nice if you want to be engaged in a game. Overall, I would say this is one of the best sports bars in SB for location, service, and food!

My boyfriend and I reserved this place for date night on Valentine's Day last year and the whole experience was amazing ! The ambiance is super romantic, they have a water fountain at the center, fun romantic music, outdoor heaters and the pizza and beer were great! Made our date a day to remember, thank you !

My buddies and I come here all the time for food and drinks whilst watching the football. Sadly they've recently increased their prices exponentially (salmon dish increased more than $10!). We like the spot but the prices are getting out of control.

Sadly didn't eat here. Apparently they were having issues with their reservation system so they weren't sure where to seat us. Initially the hostess told us she could sit us up stairs but we'd have to order at the bar. Then she switched things up and sat us at a long table but it was super crowded so we tried upstairs. We quickly abandoned that as it didn't seem like it would be enjoyable. We decided to leave. As we were leaving the other person waiting on a table because of a messed up reservation was sitting at a table downstairs. Not really sure why we weren't offered that table or the other empty one we saw. It was a playoff game day so I understand that they were busy but I got the impression they were a complete mess not ready to handle that many people. My wife did say the food looked good. Maybe we'll try again next time where in SB.

For being a sports bar, this place gets 5 stars for location, classiness, affordability, and excellent service. You can really sense that they work as a team here; the host, server, and busboy were all gracious and attentive. The food was surprisingly affordable and tasty. I was expecting greasy bar food, but they also have salads, brussel sprouts and an affordable salmon dish. Two appetizers, a sparkling rose, chicken Cesar salad and an entire salmon meal ended up being around $80+tip. I loved the gas fireplace on each outdoor table that pumped out heat, and I loved the sound of the water overlooking the turtle pond. I felt so happy resting and dining here, it is a quiet and quaint spot off State Street.

Incredible food! Incredible cocktails! Incredible view. We loved every minute of our experience here. The staff was courteous and the food, delicious ! We had the burger, the pesto pasta and the fish and chips, all were near exceptional!!

We enjoyed strolling around LaArcada for the Christmas lights and carollers and festivities for the Christmas Season. We decided to grab a bite at 1114. Tables were open around the turtle pond but we were told that would be a 25 minute wait and were ushered into an inside table in a corner. We were completely ignored by all waitstaff. We flagged down a bartender who took our order (we shared a pizza and had wine) and it was another 20 minutes for the wine and we had been there an hour before our pizza came out. Will never darken their door again. The bartender was a bit quirky and entertaining and were it not for him, I'd have nothing nice to say. Get it together. Adding an arcade and pool tables won't save your restaurant, trust me.
