It's like Chipotle, but for pizza! My 10yo granddaughter loved getting to pick her own toppings! The place was quiet and clean, and made for a nice family outing on a weeknight.Kid-friendliness: Nice place ti share a pizza with a child, bc they love the choices, AND they had organic milk and juice boxes, as an alternate to soda and adult beverages.

BEST BLAZE EVER!! The gentlemen’s that brought it to my car for a curbside order had COOOOL tattoos!! They had my order ready 15 minutes early!. I had asked “please put as many marinara sauce sides as you can!:)” as you can see they hooked me up like no other place!! 5 STARS I RECOMMEND!!

Pizza is always divine but idk if the older white guy is ageist but he was at the register taking care of the customer infront of me and my friend who are college age and i KNOW he saw us . When the older lady was done with her order he immediately left the register with us right infront of it to have a irrelevant convo with the other employees near the pizza oven. If u are going to deliberately ignore us atleast make it more subtle ? We literally stood there in shock for what felt like a couple of minutes and one of the younger employees noticed and actually helped us for our online order. When we left the younger guy who helped us said thank you guys and waved at us so i hope many good things are in his future. I read past reviews and this old guy seems like a problem likeeee ummm ... also no lids and straws.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Employees definitely need more training. Manager needs to learn how to handle orders.They prioritize online orders and completely ignore walk ins. 5 employees refused to assist 1 customer in line. Not even 1 out of the 5 employees working tried to take my order. Was told to wait and continued to act as if there's no customers in store. Nancy was very rude and did not even Apologize for the wait. She definitely needs to be taught what customer service should be.

I wanted to add to thisI received the response from Blaze, ostensibly the owner, to visit them online.....that just shows that they did not even read my comments already sent to their online portal..... and they have my number and email anyways from the order that was done online. Perhaps they could have gotten a better review had they been courteous on the phone or even in fact answered their phones....So, my sentiment still remains, awful service, awful pizza, awful is an understatement... much better Pizzas in SBSecond time we ordered and figured to give it a chance after the disastrous first time.Worse than the first timeOur pizzas arrived ice cold and all 3 were beyond burnt…This has to be the worst pizza spot in SB and don’t try call them, not only is it a struggle to get through but when you do and ask for the manager they tell you that he is too busy to talk.Awful awful awful
You know! For inexpensive pizza, it's pretty good! I like the variety of toppings! The crust is good as well. No complaints.

My wife loves this place! She always gets some form of pesto pizza with a variety of vegetables. I've had the simple tomato/basil and variations a few times and it's OK. It's not Bettina, but neither are the prices. I always ask that they cook the pizza a tad longer as they often come out slightly with undercooked dough. High employee turnover means you won't always get someone behind the counter that knows (or cares) anything about pizza (or customer service). The cooks are usually pretty friendly.

I visited Arroyo Grande, Ca location for lunch 9/26/23. The two ladies serving me were extremely unfriendly and seemed mad or depressed. They barley wanted to put enough toppings on, so I asked for more and it seemed to bother the employee greatly ! As a customer I didn’t feel welcomed at all and I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. I definitely won’t recommend Blaze in Arroyo Grande, CA to anyone ! Please have a serious conversation with the two ladies to improve their blaze hospitality to the customers. Reviews matter. Lori from California

I really like their pizza. My favorite is the their meat eater pizza. Its got really chewy crust which I love and plenty of toppings. Its a good size, I would say that two people can split it. This place is also conveniently located on upper state in 5 points shopping center. Its on the state st side so you don't have to get into all the mess that is the 5 point shopping center. I also like the vegetarian pizza. try them!Parking: Lots of parking its 5 points.
