Amazing ambiance & food! We have been eating here for the past 9 years, at least once a month, and every time it was great/constant quality. Staff is also very friendly and we love to come here!

We've been coming here for years and the food is always excellent! This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Santa Barbara.

Got seated outside during busy time. No music played outside and only one lamp for 4 parallel tables, so cold. They seemed busy and stressed when I arrived. Excellent food. Server was friendly but did not understand my questions when I asked about wine list, wine that did come out took quite some time and was wrong.I walked or else I probably would've gone to another less busy spot. Would be great experience during off peak hours and indoors.

Ca Dario is our favorite restaurant to celebrate special occasions! We love the staff there, they are so friendly and accommodating. The food is always delicious. We just love going there, and we look forward to going back again and again!

Nice dinner for my wife's birthday - great food - and service was a little slow but very friendly - table in the middle of the room was a bit distracting with people all around us - overall a nice.

We've dined at Ca'Dario many times, usually at the downtown location. We love the food, the service and the ambiance. If I had to make one suggestion, I would recommend they use better quality wine glasses. You are in wine country and have a great wine selection. The wine glasses you use are the kind you would get at a lower quality restaurant.

Service was great, they made an extra effort for my husband‘s birthday. Food is reliably. Good... It's one of our favorite places that we go to when we visit Santa Barbara.

An excellent menu with many choices. A wine list to match, including many choices by the glass, at various price points. The service is attentive without being annoying. A meal here is always enjoyable.

Ca'Dario is consistently good, however we had mediocre food and slow service this past time we went. The kitchen seemed overwhelmed. The clam pasta was watery. The broccolini overcooked. We are regulars, and will chalk this up to an aberration, rather than the normally high level of service and consistently good food. We will go back again, but this past visit was a disappointment.

Ultimately, we enjoyed the food and service. But we were seated a half hour late with a “sorry” and didn't get to order food for almost a half hour after that. Turned out to be a much later dinner than we had planned on. It used to be that a half hour wait for a reservation meant a complimentary drink or appetizer. Apparently not anymore.

After reading some of the recent reviews, I was a little apprehensive for my first visit to Ca' Dario. That turned out to be unfounded, the service and food was first rate, and the atmosphere very welcoming and friendly.

Waiter got my order wrong, so I had to wait another 10 min for the correct entree, while my companion proceeded to eat. Waiter had repeated back my order, so it was really surprising that it came out wrong.

Loved grabbing lunch there! Excellent food, comfy atmosphere, great attentive service! Plan on spending $50 pp with a glass of wine and splitting an appetizer & dessert. The Fusilli All’Amatriciana with a spicy sauce, bacon, and caramelized onions was a sweet and savory pasta dish that I would recommend beyond the signature ravioli and tiramisu dessert.Vegetarian options: Pasta and salad options
