Service was amazing and the staff was very friendly. However, this restaurant is always a buffet. If you're looking for a nice meal, go to any of the other restaurants on the property. This is just the pool buffet where families can get some overpriced quick bites. The food was not very good either. I couldn't finish anything from the buffet.

The food was excellent. The only negative part was the service by Rosemary. Perhaps since it was Christmas and their buffet at 7pm. She basically just came to take plates, checked on us twice but NEVER asked if we wanted more drinks or filled our Perrier. We also wanted more wine but she always came when only one of us was at the table and left quickly. It was disappointment since we love their wine selection. The service was by far the worst at a RC I've ever had. Definitely disappointing dinner experience. Food, Valet and the driver were excellent. My boyfriend felt bad for the server and said she's older and probably tired. I disagreed since RC has high standards and they should be followed no matter age, They need to retrain her or move her so she is not to deal with people since she cannot provide the service quality all guest should expect.

Amazing lunch on Christmas Day! We had the crab chowder, crab cakes, fish and chips and salad with poached egg and pancetta. Everything was delicious and the service provided by Kilen was fantastic!

We always enjoy going to the Bacara during the holidays. This year for Christmas, the Bacara didn't have the activities for the kids (face painting, corn hole, etc) and we missed the festivities they've had in the past. That said, the buffet was delicious. It has something for everyone from delicious seafood to Prime Rib to mac and cheese for kids. Nice pasta bar too. The staff was attentive as always and they took great care of our group!

Outside seating at the Bistro is well heated and wonderful way to spend the evening with family and/or firedfns. Server was excellent (Belagica) and stopped by table numerous times to make sure everything was perfect. The buffet was reasonably priced and prime rib was tasty.

Great brunch spot and the buffet was delicious. Service from Dulce was outstanding but everyone from the valet to the rest of the resort staff were impeccable. Can't wait to visit again.

We had the brunch buffet here on the outside patio. It was a very pleasant place to sit and relax and enjoy some time with our daughter. The $50 buffet was pretty standard, nothing extraordinary about it. Beautiful view.

The setting is beautiful but the food was mediocre. We were celebrating a birthday. While they tried the service missed the mark. We were leaving when they remembered the birthday and gave our granddaughter a mocktail which was nice but too late.

You can tell this place is well run. Every aspect of it met and surpassed expectations. From getting us seated right away, to getting acknowledged right away, very kind and knowledgeable service, and incredible food. It is a great place to have a peaceful breakfast. Our server was Justin and he was just a joy to have. He made our visit great.

Standard American hotel food. Wine list unimaginative. Service very good and location very nice. Had to pay $ 20.00 for valet parking and tip the valet on top. So will probably eat in Santa Barbara next time.

Ate Breakfast at 8:30AM. Not crowded, but someone other than the usual wait staff came to the table and said that in order for us not to have to wait for a server, they would go ahead and take our order. Not sure who they were. I'm guessing some sort of manager. Fine. But the Soy Latte arrived as an Almond Milk Latte. The gal delivering it was nice enough to take it back and have it remade. The side of fruit my wife ordered never arrived (and thankfully was not charged). I'm wondering whether they are just short staffed. We ate outside where they have radiant heaters. It was very nice. You can see the ocean from their outdoor seating area. That part was nice and the 3 egg breakfast with toast and potato was a good choice. The over easy eggs were prepared just right. It's convenient if you are staying at the hotel. I'd go here again.

The service was courteous and top notch. We had our Labrador Retriever with us, and the staff were all so sweet to him. The menu was limited, but I did enjoy the mushroom toast that I ordered. My husband ordered a pizza—the crust was a little soggy in the middle, but still tasty. The value in this dining experience is really the setting overlooking the beautiful grounds and enjoying a view of the ocean. The value is poor in terms of the cost of menu items, but this is to be expected when dining at a Ritz-Carlton property. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience.

The food and service were excellent and the view is quite pleasant. Unfortunately, the Resort charged me $20 parking fee for my lunch experience without any prior indication of a charge simply to eat lunch. I will never consider this property or restaurants due to this exorbitant charge! The finest resort in Montecito doesn't charge you a parking penalty for lunch dining!

I had the pleasure of dining at The Bistro at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara and it was truly a great experience. The manager, Sam, deserves special recognition for being an excellent host. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our evening. What made the dining experience even more enchanting was the view of the ocean and watching the sunset. The ambiance was simply perfect for a relaxing meal. The combination of delicious food and the beautiful vista made this evening unforgettable. In short, The Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience Carlos M.
