We always stop here for lunch when we go from SF to SB to LA. This time they had locks on the bathrooms. The person at the front didn't know the code and then we found out the code was different guys from gals. Kinda a pain.

Brought a group of adults with disabilities here for lunch. We all paid for food. Some of us paid a whopping $17 for food I might add. Staff was extremely rude when we asked for the bathroom code. Manager said he was busy and had no time to deal with us. Another customer even took the dude aside and lectured him about customer service in Spanish. Manager then yelled at us after he left. Great example of how adults with disabilities are treated as second class citizens in SB, just for existing and asking to use the bathroom.

Been going there for years...But on 7/5/23 at 7:00 a rude little young man made my day. Will never go back there again. Where do you find help like that??? I left without ordering.

Really great service. Ed the manager really takes care of customers. Had a little issue he just jumped in and handled it and offered a free soda. That's what we want as a customer. Thank you Ed

The website says they open at 7am on Sundays the sign on the door says they open at 7am on Sundays but when I go at 7am on Sunday the doors are locked. I stayed 15mins until I saw an employee stocking cups and when I knocked on the window they went to go hide! What a joke

This Carl's Jr. really stands out among the rest in the city. Food is always fresh. You dont get any "old" fries, patties, or tenders. Francisco does a great job of running the place, and his staff are always super friendly. Restaurant seating is nicely spaced, unlike other fast food places that feel cramped. This is what a fast food restaurant should be.

I came here after a rainy camping trip with some friends. The lady working the front was really nice and the food came out quick n hot. I also took the best dookie of my life in the bathroom.
