Went in for a quick bite to eat from a long tiring day of traveling to Santa Barbara, was greeted by a rude staff member who treated us with disrespect, rolled his eyes, and acted like everything we asked for was a big deal. We just had a simple order of a burrito bowl and barely anything added. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because at least the food was good. We joked after that his anger is what made the food taste better haha. I hope that guy has a better day tomorrow.

The worst chipotle I have ever had by far. Rice was half cooked and grainy. Beans were grainy. Meat dry and over cooked. Fajitas raw.

I needed a quick meal solution and was in the mood for Chipotle and was near Upper State. They were out of most of the ingredients for a carnitas bowl… at 6:45 PM. Never going back to this location.

I went in there in the middle of the day and they did not have chips, lettuce, carne asada, rice, bowls and barbacoa. What am I supposed to order when so many options are not available. Customer service is bad. Place is so dirty. Men's restroom smells like piss. Would not recommend ordering online because the portions are so different than if you go in person. The burritos are so small and they don't wrap them well. Worst chipotle I've been to.

The interior condition does not look clean or appealing. The staff didn't appear to be interested in serving. The experience was different than I have experienced in other Chipotle sites. Personally, I have enjoyed Chipotle in the past, this was a disappointing experience.

If I wanted to pay $17 dollars for a kids size portion, I would've gone somewhere a little nicer. I think everyone understands the service rush but holding back on serving sizes to half of what they should be? Thats a new type cheap for a corporation.

Just another terrible experience, I don't know why I go back. I guess I want it to be good because it is convenient. Out of everything you like, takes forever and it doesn't even taste that great.

Today I wait 20 mins in line ridiculous they had the line out the door. They had one young man serving alone (did a great job) and no one helping him. There was many staff working but instead Was messing around in the back. When a homeless man came they all were quick to ask him who was paying for his food. That cashier that rang me out today needs to Learn how to be a team worker.

Absolutely Worst experience I've ever had. The lady was rude. They were out of chicken, lettuce, and corn salsa. I got TWO pieces of stake in my tacos. I got home to eat them AND THERE IS A GIANT BLACK CURLY HAIR IN MY TACO. never fucking going back. Shut it down at this point. If you hate your job then quit. Not to mention it was 21$ for tacos and chips. Actually don't go here unless you want to throw up.

I was extremely impressed by Ian, the food line worker. He maintained his calm during a very very busy shift. He was fast, cheerful, friendly, efficient, and hard working under pressure when he was the only worker left on the shift to serve many people. This is a very valuable employee and I hope he is recognized by management; he definitely deserves a raise!
