A hidden gem as part of the Lemon Tree Motel. Atmosphere is both indoor formal and outdoor casual. The food was tasty. Service was prompt and professional. Locals, add it to your list.

The food was very good, but we had a bad service experience. We stayed at the hotel and went to breakfast when they opened at 8. There was only us and one other couple. We got our orders fine and then a large group started trickling in. The server kept attending to each new arrival for drinks and such while leaving us and the other table unattended. He finally went and cleared the other table and brought them checks but avoided eye contact with us and went back to take orders from the large party. All we needed was about 2 minutes of his time for coffee and a check. We tried to be patient, because we didn’t want to be “that” table; however, I finally had to go get his attention and note that while it may not have seemed long to him, he hadn’t visited us in over 20 minutes. Shortly thereafter a couple more staff arrived and they took care of us. We still never saw our original server again.

What a great find for happy hour. Great for just the two of us but also fabulous for a group of any size. Back area outside is huge, secluded and friends or family friendly. Plenty of outdoor seating with heating tables or lamps. Very comfortable and inviting. This ambiance comes with a varied happy hour menu and friendly staff. We had a table of seven and everything we ordered was tasty. Recommend the meatball sliders, delicious and filling. Highly recommend this area for a relaxing happy hour and I made a note that we will have to come back for lunch or dinner sometime.

Was excited for having a christmas dinner at Crocodille on christmas day, so I arrived at 5.50 pm for my dinner reservation at 6 pm on christmas with family. Was seated at 5.52, place was very nice and all. Ordered appetizers.,soups and entreess. 25 minutes in, i asked if any of our food come anytime soon, and server said "shortly".Another 10 minutes and server came back with a spoon for the soup.Waiter was trying to avoid eye contact at all times, another 15 mins i have to raised my voice in order to call someone. After i called in 6.50 pm , all of my food came at once, there is no set order as soup or appetizer first literraly steak comes first. And when i asked them why everything came at once, he simply responded you ask for the food to come together ( i never mentioned anything about my food coming in together ) and i just stared at him while he tried to justify his reason and then he changed his excuse to its christmas and it is very busy.Lobster bisque was similar to what i bought from costco, there is no addition or anything, they put an automated gratuity at 20% which i dont mind paying since i dont know if the waiter the cooks or the management was just bad but fyi this place is not worth the time and money.

I was quite surprised when I joined some friends for a Friday evening Happy Hour that went until 6 pm! Outside in a gorgeous patio with the sunset punk clouds overhead there was a tasty happy hour menu with drinks and food. We enjoyed the caprese, calamari, chowder, and French friends. Oh and added in some meat ball sliders! Plus, a few glasses of heavily poured wine. The staff were quick to take orders and although busy, the drinks and food all came out in order and timed well. Plus, free parking at hotel while you eat. Definitely will be back!

Had a very nice early dinner inside.Pros: Fresh food, great, attentive service/staff, nice atmosphere, lovely patio.Cons: I was not impressed with the coconut shrimp starter. The quantity of raw, unseasoned, fried coconut encasing the shrimp was, I felt, unappealing in my mouth. With that said, I thought the portions were on the smaller side of usual. I finished the entire salad. But the lettuce wedge in the wedge salad barely cleared the top of the bowl. The blue cheese and balsamic dressing was very good. I also had the sea bass and risotto special which was very good, but again, small-ish portions. Plate was finished which, is not normal for me.But the food was great! Our whole party was happy. This was our second visit to Crocodile and we will definitely be back again!

8/22/23Update:What can I say, solo for breakfast, ordered a Swedish Pancake 2 eggs over med; specifically requested the brown swirl of jam they normally put on the pancake removed. frankly, I don't like it and asked to exclude it. My waiter seemed new, but he did not speak english very well. So I got the feeling I made a big mistake by changing what most quick cooks do. The meal came back with the brown jam swirl on the pancake, just as I received it before and syrup on the side.Asked to make it again without the well you know, came back with plain pancakes, a dish full of jams and syrups, the a fruit bowl. Ok, two for two, explained to another person that spoke english better, no brown jam swirl- thats it! Oh, and my two eggs were cold. They took the eggs and plate. Redo PERFECT!I still tipped 30% because it was not the cooks' fault, and I like coming here once in a while for dinner and breakfast. I hope the staff understands and adjusts.

You might miss this place as its not very visible. I only was made aware of it when I stayed at the Lemon Tree Inn some years ago. I recently went there and had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly. The food is actually pretty good. Plenty of parking and an easy to go to location of state and alamar. Its basically where downtown ends and upper state begins. Good place, but not something I'd go to on a regular basis.Parking: Tons of spots available as its part of the hotel

The seating? Amazing, the service? Extremely polite and quick. The food? Very excusable. Crocodile restaurant and bar is very okay. The food is nothing to write home about, the burger was very average but the potatoes where so bad that I was shocked. The lasagna was very average and I think it could have used so much more meat. I love the lemon tree in , but they can do improvements revolving around the restaurant. Their drinks are a solid 10/10 though.

Delicious food, and the outdoor patio is beautiful, however it is now closed. When I contacted the restaurant, they said to call the restaurant directly and ask them the status. I used their website to inquire, they said they do not check it and that is why they haven't responded. We will certainly find a new outdoor patio for HH, and won't be returning to the Crocodile until they start caring about their customers. Very disspointing, since we always took friends and relatives there for their outdoor seating and menu. No more.

The service was excellent. The waiters were knowledgeable and helpful with our selection choices. Really glad to have tried this restaurant.
