The place is great good atmosphere. The food tasted pretty well but, git cold very fast. We asked to turn on the heater, but they said it ran out of fuel. The waitress never stopped by to check on us. As we were about to pay, someone came to turn the heater back on but. We already had

We came here and were excited that we found a restaurant that had Oaxaca food. Jessica is an awesome Server and was eager to make sure our experience was 5 stars. She recommended our plates and drinks and have to say that everything was top notch. We 100% percent recommend Flor de Maiz. Also ask for Jessica, you will not regret it!!!

Food was good, service not so much but it was a Saturday mid afternoon and the restaurant was almost full. We didn't have to wait for a table. We sat outside to enjoy the weather and people watch. Once our order was taken the meal arrived in an acceptable amount of time. Good authentic Mexican food. Price for 2 with a couple of prepared drinks was just under 100 dollars, before gratuity. I would try other restaurants in the same area before going back but would likely return.

Very interesting menu. Flavorful dishes. Lots of seafood. Slightly more $$ than I wanted to spend, but worth it in the long run. Salsa a bit too smoky flavored.we had Enchildas, Pork sopas and some beautiful corn dough stuffed w beans and cheese.

There's supposed to be known for their mole, which was not that great. Service was sub par, besides the service and mole, their other food options were good. 1 and done kind of visit.

When you get a combination of a restaurant that offers incredible scenic views, a warm friendly staff, a laid back unrushed vibe, EXCEPTIONAL food, combined with reasonable prices, you take the win. That's precisely what we had at Flor De Maiz restaurant in Santa Barbara. With two friends we spit our dishes to get an overall taste of what they were offering, trying not to kill our appetite on the fresh homemade chips and salsa. The standouts were the enchiladas verdes, the rice, the black bean soup, and plantains.Everything fresh, hot, and delicious. If you're spending a day in Santa Barbara, I highly recommend them!!Sorry I couldn't add photos of our dishes, but the were DEMANDING immediate consumption, so we obeyed.Vegetarian options: Most dishes could be modified for vegan or vegetarian standards. I am Vegan and felt well accommodated.

Food was just ok. Was a part of a large business dinner. Ordered the hen and it was dry, underwhelming. My colleagues all order tacos. Enchiladas, etc and it looked great. Too bad this one item they should leave off the menu as it was very basic and as stated, dry/flavorless.

The food was delicious, although they told us it wasn't spicy and it wasn't.The waiter was too attentive to the point of being annoying.

I heard that one of the best chef's in Mexico was there. The food menu was different I tried the coconut ceviche it was a bit salty but good. The crab tacos where very good but the crab was fry i don't remember the menu saying that because I was disappointed.Parking: Little parking and it's valet parking or street parking
