The bagels were decent but I'm not sure what makes them famous. I've had just as good of a bagel from Von's bakery. The toppings were very good. Avocados, fresh tomatoes, bacon and cream cheese. You can't go wrong with that. The latte was awful though. They charge $1.25 for EACH pump of syrup. RIDICULOUS!!! I should have stopped at Starbucks. The cashier was completely incompetent. My husband ordered a lemon loaf to go and got a coffee cake. Not sure why that was so hard since one has yellow frosting on top. Oh well. It satisfied our hunger but we won't be back. Oh did I mention the bathroom is pretty gross. I've definitely seen better.

I used to enjoy coming here a lot, but now they charge extra on ridiculous things... like an extra dollar to toast each bagel (which was previously free). And they charge an outrageous amount for ordering cream cheese with your bagel.It is sad to see the consequences of voting blue make businesses have to charge for really dumb things like this. Bagel prices have doubled and your customers no longer want to be patrons under your roof.

They do not understand the concept of an egg and cheese sandwich without bacon. My partner is vegetarian, asked three times for no bacon, and we still got both sandwiches with bacon. They also added whipped cream to a coffee when we asked for half and half. And their iced coffee cups are terrible and leaky. Overall, nothing in our order was correct, and none of it tasted as good as it should for the price.Vegetarian options: They DO NOT UNDERSTAND the concept of not eating meat. Despite asking multiple times for no bacon on our egg sandwiches, they put bacon on both of them. Just totally clueless and incompetent.

There's always a line in the morning, but don't let that deter you because it moves fast & there is plenty of parking. Friendly service and the BEST BAGELS and muffins. Nice seating area outside as well.Parking: This is in the Milpas shopping center next to Rite Aid. Lots of parking available.

So disappointed with the food from my last visit! I used to come here at least once a week and my breakfast sandwiches were always stuffed with cream cheese, eggs and bacon. The sandwiches today were so dry I was questioning if there was even cream cheese on it. The eggs were super thin and the sandwich only had one piece of folded bacon on it. Just put cream cheese on both sides of the bagels.

I bought a med black coffee & a Croissant!! Both are a day old! It’s not worth $8.00 nasty coffee hard dry croissant. Never again will I ever walk in there & get a cup of coffee. Or any kind of bread. I rather go to Starbucks. No wonder I can hear the lady telling her co worker she had not sold anything. Now, I know why!!! SMH

Today we used the Twism app. The buy one get one half off. I got the linden onion bagel. It was good but people after us got their food which was a bit annoying. The service at checkout was good. I hate that they no longer have seating inside but I guess it is because they have the long line.

They have gotten cheap with the bags and napkins. I recently went and they took to long on my order probably over 20 mins. Imagine going on break during a 12 hour shift literally super mad this isn't the first time never going back.

Ordered the sausage, egg bagel. They put it on the wrong bagel that I ordered. The bagel didn't have much taste. I wasn't impressed with the sausage either. I wanted to spend some time and maybe grab lunch as well but there is no wifi so I left.
