exceptional food, great staff, they really move the line along quickly. The Chai tea latte was fabulous. Don't miss this spot when you are in SB

The food was delicious! There is a bit of a wait but the line moves quickly. The food comes out fast but is sooo good. Definitely will return!

Went here for breakfast due to the high rating on Google Maps. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. They have a beautiful garden with sea view, and a lot of shade. Before you can take a seat though, you need to order your food. They enforce this by several waiters telling you to order before sitting down.We ordered a decaf oat cappuccino and a regular Oat Cappuccino, which unfortunately only come in togo cups, and not regular ceramic cups. For food, we went for the vegetable omelette, which came to our table only around 2 minutes after we took a seat. Unfortunately, it also came cold which was a disappointing to me.Overall, the location is nice, but we just did not enjoy the rest very much, unfortunately.

Jeannine's is one of our favorites when we visit cousins in Santa Barbara several times a year. The line, while off-putting at first, moves quickly and you've ordered and are seated soon enough to not make impatient kids crazy. We ordered the Challah French Toast breakfast with scramble eggs, Chilaquiles, Two Eggs over easy and a side of toast, and the oatmeal. All arrived well-presented and all reported as "super tasty." My only criticism is that, even though we were eating in and event though they thankfully provided cloth napkins, the coffee was in a paper cup and the water was in a plastic cup. Especially since you are situated right across the street from the beach, change to reusable cups and you will get 5 stars.

Where do I begin. What an absolute gem Jeannine's is! It's so cute! Just across the street from the Pier. Walk in for Counter service where you find the menu then given a number then find your own table. The Classic Eggs Benedict was so good! The eggs poached perfectly. You could tell those were farm fresh eggs. My son had the breakfast burrito he only wanted egg, Potatoes and bacon. He wasn't a fan of the Tri-Potatoes. Sweet potatoes, russets, and purple ones. Our drinks were refreshing. Mine was so good I had two. Outdoor seating is lovely. Eat here!

I had to wait 20 minutes in a line to order on Tuesday at noon. They had one person taking orders. What’s the point? Who cares if the food and location is good if the experience is awful? Raise your prices and hire more people? I don’t know, but I’m not coming back anymore.

Great place, view and service. The line to order is extremely long and I took me half hour just to order. There was a line outside to get on the line inside to order. The food is ok, not great and I think I can get something at a better price around the area. The service is great tho, fast and the weiters are on it

Meh. Mediocre coffee, stale croissant and one cashier for line that wraps around the block. Overhype much? I don’t get it.

First time visiting the restaurant. Parking was at a public garage right around the corner walking distance. First 75 min free. This place Was the highest rated in the area. Small line to enter on a Sunday around noon. The line moved rather quickly. **There is a separate counter If you wish to take it out rather than dine in. You order your food at the counter and then select your seat. We ordered the kalua banana French toast, breakfast burrito, pancakes for my oldest and small side orders of bacon and eggs for my little one. Food tastes fresh and the environment was lively with music and a mix of young college kids to families enjoying the beautiful view of the Pier and passersby. Lots of outdoor seating if that's your thing.

Absolutely delicious! Everything we tried was off the charts! The lemon poppy seed pancakes were light and fluffy and served with blueberry compote and the most delicious crème fraiche I ever had in a restaurant. The lobster benefits packed with flavor and loaded with lobster meat! The omelette was huge and filled with wagyu beef! The blueberry smoothie was filled with fresh ingredients and the cheese danish melted in my mouth! The ambiance can't get any better sitting outside overlooking the ocean. And the service is quick as it is self order style! Such a nice change from the corporate chains taking over the restaurant business! We will definitely be back!
