Unfortunately this jersey mikes is not up to par with the other locations in SB. The food quality stands out as being significantly worse than the rest of SB. The staff appear untrained and lack basic food preparation skills. I received a stale Philly cheesesteak that had large pieces of cold unmelted cheese in it. My girlfriend also received a stale sandwich. The manager re made both sandwiches, but the rest of the staff were super young and lacked customer service skills. Hope to see better around SB!

The sandwiches here are delicious. I always get the club sando. usually I get take out. There are many other sandwiches like the philly and other hot sandwiches that are good. 2 stars unfortunately due to the service. I'm used to living in San Diego and I currently reside in Santa Barbara, and I have to say I really miss my SD jersey mikes. The service compared to this location is like night and day. I feel bad because I know these young kids are learning, but the owner needs to step it up and help them train better. Also the manager needs to learn not to verbally share his emotions to customers, it looks bad and unprofessional. I want to empathize with him, it just is annoying when there is a long line of people who are waiting patiently. I know the workers were kind and apologetic for the long wait, but if they could just get better organized, it wouldn't look like they are running around with their heads chopped off. Everything was sloppy, messy, unorganized and unprepared. They need another manager with experience helping them. Unfortunately, I'll be avoiding this location the next time I want jersey mikes.

Ordered online. And paid with a credit card. When I arrived order wasn't ready. I said ok no problem, I'll just get in line. I was told 'oh no you won't. You'll wait 15 minutes'. Food is ok but I'll never preorder again on line.

If I could, I wouldn't even put one star for this place the guys working here especially the one with with long hair like a man bun type hair curly dark was unbelievably rude, not only to employees, but to his coworkers you can tell he was miserable at work. He did not want to be there he did not want to make any sandwiches, he started making my sandwich before I was done telling them how I would like it. I did not want specific things on it. He got upset and said "well that's just great" scooped the onions and green pepper off the grill and put them back in the container, just gross he did it with the biggest attitude. This place needs to reevaluate their employees people like that should not be in the Work field.

I order double meet and got a Philly cheesesteak with the thickness of a pencil for an extra 6 bucks l, you would think you'd get a decent sandwich. Pretty damn disappointing. Won't be coming back to this location. Service was alright but don't get what you pay for

Canceled Order. Ordered a couple sandwich's thru UberEats. A few moments after they received the order I received a message, 'can't get to your order right now.' and cancelled. Give me a reason to remove this review that makes sense. I won't be trying to order from them anytime soon.
