I have never had a good experience with flowers delivered from Lily's but these went bad two days after delivery. I buy flowers from Costco, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, even Grocery Outlet, and they never look like this. I change water and rehabilitate my flowers. Nothing ever works with Lily's. The woman delivered them and tried to open a locked front door. Luckily I heard it and saw what was happening. Just disappointing all around. Would never recommend.

Two lessons here: Don't use an 800 number and don't use a florist you cannot talk directly to. I did and my order was beyond my contol. I couldn't change or modify it.

OMG!!! What a WONDERFUL arrangements I received from Lily's Florists! I was a bit nervous because it was a short notice custom order, and because the prices were below the average of most Santa Barbara's florists. However, when I saw them in my son's rehearsal dinner venue, I was thrilled!!! Everybody complimented the gorgeous arrangements. It is a family business so I was happy to give them my business. Will order again!!

Disappointed with the flowers I received as a Mother's Day gift. The edge of the lily was ripped and the edge of the few of the roses were as well. As these were a gift, I do not know how much they were but I am sure the arrangement was expensive. When I called the store I was told this was just how these naturally were and was told I was being unreasonable, even though I actually did not ask for anything. Not how you treat customers.

Don't order anything from Lily's Flowers; save yourself the stress. I regret placing an order from here without first reading all the reviews. I ordered a white lei for my daughter's college graduation. I specifically told them i wanted it to be double. They quoted me $65, which seemed a lot but since i couldn't find a white one anywhere else, i placed the order. When i arrived to pick it up, i was very disappointed because it looked like a single lei, not a double lei. I insisted on a discount, which she finally agreed to give me $10 off and admitted that the the flowers this year had arrived very small. Since i desperately needed it, I took it, which was a big mistake. The flowers started coming off as soon as my daughter put it on before the ceremony. By the end of ceremony almost half of the flowers had come off. It was a very poorly made lei. Over the years, I have purchased many leis and this is the first time ever that something like this happens. I will never buy any items from Lily's Flowers.

I don't recommend using Lilys Flowers. We placed a phone order, the gentleman on the phone was very nice, and I thought write down my order correctly. But when the order was delivered 5 min before our family funeral was to start, the flowers were incorrect & the baskets were not matching as requested. What a disappointment when our entire family was already at a funeral to then have to deal with a wrong/ expensive flower order/deliver. Find someone else in Santa Barbara to use! anyone else!

I am SO impressed with Lily's Flowers customer service!! I ordered flowers for my nieces 20th birthday THIS morning to UCSB campus and they were delivered before 5pm TODAY!! Thomas is the BEST - he was so nice and personable! Service was impeccable and the flowers were exactly as ordered!! Highly recommend!!

I was visiting Santa Barbara for my daughter's graduation from UCSB and I ordered a a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to her. Everything was set and paid for in advance. They called at the beginning of the week to confirm the details, so I assumed that they were on top of it. From here on out it was a disaster. They did not deliver the flowers the day that they were supposed to, so I called them several times. No one ever answered, so I left a message. No return phone call. I also sent an email which they never replied to either. Flowers were not delivered the next day either. Tried calling and emailing them again and never received a response. They literally left me hanging and did not even have the courtesy to call or email me. I would leave them negative stars if it was possible.

Made an online order a week before the graduation. Great service 10/10 Colorful Array was the flower arrangement I chose and made it for delivery. I called a few days later to add on extra instructions like wanting it delivered at a specific time. It just came 2 hours ago on time and the recipient loved how amazing it makes the house smell. It looks very accurate to the picture and it's so pretty! Thank you very much! :)

Amazing flower shop! I had a delivery cancel on me last minute and i called all the flower shops in Santa Barbar and Lily's Flowers were the only ones that gave me exceptional customer service and helped me right away! I am sending flowers all the way from Downtown, Los Angeles and they made the order very easy and really worked with me. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again for helping me out.

Read the reviews prior to ordering. The negative feedback is consistent and exactly what I experienced. Feb 10th I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on valentine's day. By 4 pm they had not arrived so I called to inquire about the delivery, since my girlfriend is off of work at 5 and the delivery was supposed to go to her work. Well, the delivery never arrived. Never heard from them saying sorry, we can get it out today, absolutely nothing. I called several times, but the line was always busy. I finally got a hold of someone, their response to me was "ya for some reason a bunch of the business deliveries didn't go out yesterday". Supposedly they will get the delivery today, but not very confident of that. I paid $15 for delivery, which I feel is kind of a lot, but hey it's valentine's day, I get it... but why pay if they won't deliver on time, if at all. If it ever arrives I'll post pictures

Is there a negative star rating, as in minus stars ? Epic failure to execute a delivery for a mom's 88th birthday. The person answering the phone was confident the flowers would go out the same day & nothing, & NOTHING the following day. Then there was the holiday, followed by a Sunday, so I decided to call first thing Monday when they open to inquire 'Que Paso' AKA 'What Happened' & might the flowers be delivered today & now their phone line isn't being answered, tried off & on from 10:00am to noon & you guessed it, NOTHING!!! Such a failure all around! Oh - and an email was also sent the day or so before & still no reply ... When in business it's important to follow through, if something happened communicate such to your customers; i.e., delivery will be late & by how long or whatever the issue is. Nothing like showing up for grandma's birthday on Sunday & no flowers anywhere to be seen.

I ordered flowers over the phone this morning for delivery this afternoon and was very happy with both the service and flowers! The arrangement was delivered within the hour and just what we were looking for. The price was also very fair for the area. I recommend Lily's.
