Terrible service, and very rude man from the kitchen! I would not recommend this place, and will not be returning. My family and I were passing through. We called ahead of time to order for pick up, the person on the phone said 15 minutes we arrived paid and waited for about another 15 minutes. My husband asked if the food would be ready and they said they would check. We waited about another 15 minutes when we started getting very uneasy, my husband once again, asked the lady and she went to check then a very rude man came from the kitchen and said what do you want? My husband asked do you know when my food will be ready? He started to raise his voice and was very rude, saying do you want your food or not!! shocked, My husband said no, the man proceeded to the cash register to void our payment. No I'm sorry for all the time that you waited already or anything. No, I'm sorry for raising my voice to you. Nothing from the man other customers stood by were commenting on his rudeness as well. Don't know if he's the owner, but if he is, he really should be more respectful to costumers! And if he's not, he should be fired! as for me and my family we will not be returning. The food is not great here anyways, but it was Easter, and all the good places ( Los agaves ect were closed.

I'm half Mexican and I grew up with good authentic Mexican food, homemade with tortillas made with a wood board and roller pounding at 4:30 every morning .my point is I know good Mexican food but I've never been to hot for burritos.A girlfriend came over to watch a movie and she said she bought some burritos.I wasn't to thrilled but I thought oh well.she hands me the burrito and I just about dropped it,it was so dam heavy. And it was wrapped up tight.when I bit into the burrito it was the best thing I have in s long long time.I highly recommend it.And Anna the lady on the phone when I called to order next day was the sweetest lady you could ever speak to at the milpas location.sorry for the long story but they earned it.and they deliver.Mark Diaz..

Definitely a little hidden gem on milpas. Great service and great food. I ordered the shrimp taco combo. Coke with 3 tacos with a side of rice and beans.

I came in here for lunch while waiting for my bus back to Santa Maria. The dining room is immaculate. All the tables are clean and set. There was one server behind the bar. She smiled at me as soon as I walked in and greeted me in Spanish. After sitting down & perusing the menu I settled on the fish and chips, because I really wanted fries. The young woman that was working was prompt and brought chips to my table as they have a self-serve salsa bar. . My dish was smaller in portions than other fish and chips I've had, however I wasn't wasn't as hungry as I thought. They also have a special on Mondays so it was only $10! The dish was simple and fried perfectly. . If you're looking for a well executed Mexican food, in a casual, romantic setting, give this place a try!

Los Altos is a Mexican restaurant we've visited for lunch and dinner several times. My wife had the camarones a la diabla. They were good, but lacked spiciness. However, it had very tasty sauce. I ordered the carne asada. It was dry due to thin slices and so it was missing the juicyness you come to expect from steak. We'll be back for other options but won't order the carne asada again.

This place has lots of seating. The person who waited on us did not speak too much English, but she was very nice. They gave us cups of shrimp soup & chips as starters. They have a nice selection on their salsa bar to choose from. I got the sample appetizer platter as my meal. I can't remember what they called it. My food came out hot & everything was pretty good. You get 4 bacon wrapped shrimp, which was a little over cooked, but it was still good. A quesadilla, that needs more cheese. The chicken fingers were a little over cooked but were tasty. It says 2 taquitos, but its actually 1 cut in half. 2 flautas but that is also 1cut in half. You get a dab of guacamole & sour cream. The fries were cooked perfectly & tasted very good. The sauce that they provide was very tasty as well. I would order that again. My husband ordered the Chile Verde meal. He did not enjoy his meal & the reason it earned a 3 in my book. It come in a bowl with the meat & sauce. The meat was dry. They brought his plate out without the flour tortillas. Why I don't know. But it took a minute to bring them out. He liked the side of rice & beans. They have a taco special from 3-7 p.m. I wish that we would have noticed the sign before we placed our order & waited like another couple did. Their meal looked good. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures.

Service is amazing! Food has so much taste, it's great. Let's not forget about the drinks, I had a watermelon margarita and my wife had a Modelo michelada, amazing! The Miche is a must!! Best taste I have had so you must try. Very clean and the restroom is well taken care of, we will definitely be returning.

Food was fine. Not what we were hoping for. We love Mexican food, and Cali has the best but we were not wowed. Birria tacos were more fat than beef and slightly over cooked. The sampler platter didn't have much flavor in the flautas or taquito. Service was slow but friendly, had to go ask for my check and a box. Really cute spot. Had high hopes.
