Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Unprepared staff whose only thing they did was stand at the checkout and speak Spanish with friends. They were rude at the till and the person we ordered from doesn't even seem to understand English. What you got was a regular McDonald's burger, not great, but still about the same price as in Sweden, the quality.

Mc Donald's is not how it used to be where kids used to have an area for themselves. There's a limit on how long you can occupy while you "enjoy" your meal. There's no WiFi at this location. The inside is dull and boring. There's no drive thru for this location. Order was wrong again. English must not be their first language or something wrong with the way people are talking to them about their orders.

Decided to grab 2 ice teas and a medium fry and got it thru curbside delivery. And they took literally 20 minutes to bring us 2 warm teas and cold old fries. And no straws smh Very disappointed!

Best to place order through app or suffer the long lines. Always busy..Need more workers that are fluent in english speaking.Difficult to reach by phone - will hang up on youProblem with loitering and homeless begging for food at the door. Never seen a worker ask them to leave.

I give this place 5 stars. We are on our way home to SLO county from Universal Studios and we stopped here for lunch. Lots of parking and they were mostly full. Went inside and they had a lot of kiosks and cashiers ready to take your order. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and not vandalized. The cashier was very nice and didn’t make us feel rushed. We had our within 5 mins served to our table. They checked in on us twice to make sure the food was good and if we needed anything else. Our food was great, no mistakes, fries were fresh.I would definitely recommend this McDonald’s if you are looking for clean quick spot to get some grub on.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of wheelchair accessible tables and no stairs.

Food is mostly good. Sometimes the fries are soggy and not very salty though. The service is ok. They're a bit slow though. The ambiance is like any other fast food restaurant. I guess that's good.

Food it's getting worse , Managment no good I order a breakfast with orange juice Answer no orange juice other customers complain Weld went by keep coming to get my hash brown with orange juice .. lady said they will not carry orange juice or carry it anymore even dough it's on Menu .. I ask why she answer me in a bad mood and disrespectful . Well I let that go came back again the new manager when I ask about the orange juice deal she was also rude this polaca us to be good and great workers now sucks
