A place where if you get along with the security it's fine and if you're not worth it mothers of the worst places that exist in Santa Barbara is more I dare say that of the worst places that exist in all of California if you can avoid it do it unless meet someone in the place otherwise resign yourself to having your money stolen

This place has 3 pool tables, TV's galore to watch all the games you possibly could, and bartenders are attentive, friendly, and nice! I recommend!!!

People that visits this club cannot park in this area. They are very disrespectful 12am -3am in the morning blasting music starting conflict when there is people sleeping they pee outside near our cars offer minors drugs,. Bother the residents in this complex. Being disturbing. And disturbing peoples peace I tried calling the club, and for some reason the phone is disconnected, but the club is open so if your car is parked in this area & your disturbing other peoples peace and ect.. , I will indeed call the police and take pictures of your license plates to get your car towed

This is a total dive bar, but a fun place. If you're gonna go, do it on a Monday when they have an open mic night for stand up comedy. You'll have a good time. Parking is a little tough. They do have a free lot on site, but I haven't seen many spots open. You can park on de la vinaParking: Parking is a little tough since this is right on Carrillo.

Went In for a nightcap. ordered 2 beers paid for both beers up front and as we were leaving the owner lady had security stop us at the door and he put hands-on us and I didn't know why so I tried to get away and he ended up hitting my nose and I got a bloody nose. She tried to say we didn't pay our bill yet I had two receipts to prove it. I was very upset that I got a bloody nose and was accused of stealing so I called the cops. After all was said and done she decided to tell the cops that I don't owe her money after all. And I could not press charges becauuse she said that I hit him first. b******* Clearly I won't be going there ever again I miss the old owner. This place has gone way down hill.

I very rarely leave a review but this is outrageous. Bar was adequate but when it came to paying the bill the card machine didn't work. So we tried another card and then waited patiently whilst they messed around with systems and restarted etc. Then the accusation we didn't have enough money or there was a problem with our cards. Yes clearly two Swiss bankers visiting a dive bar with a top of the range car, a million dollar limit card alongside UBS and Credit Suisse visa cards (having travelled here for 3 weeks without a single issue) cannot pay a 40$ tab. My final attempt to be helpful was nearly thwarted by a "helpful" bar employee who assaulted me by pulling me back from the card machine that her colleague asked me to pay with saying it wasn't allowed to be there? Where I come from physically touching someone is illegal as well as the height of rudeness.Genuinely puzzling at what a #### experience it turned out to be. Really guys???!!!

Great neighborhood (dive)bar for locals. Not fancy but good drinks, nice clientele & very friendly bartender. Clean restroom is always a pleasant surprise. This isn’t the same as it was in its old location, but still a lot of fun and I’m glad I went. I’ll definitely return.Support local businesses!

Me and my husband had a plan tonight, to "bar hop".. went to 3 places around town had 4 more on the the list but having Jennifer as a bartender at MEL'S had us staying all night! She made me want to come back!Such a great time with her!!!
