I love a pizza place with a range of size options! It worked really well for our family of 4 to get three pizzas, in 8", 10", and 12" - nobody had to compromise their desired topping combos! We had plenty for dinner for two adults and two teens, with a few slices leftover for lunch. Another way to customize is with crust thickness - we got two with regular crust and one thin crust. I got the veggie Hawaiian, which was packed with toppings. So easy to call and order, was at the peak dinnertime and the order was ready in about 45 minutes. Get a side of the homemade ranch; you won't be sorry! Eat in also available at a handful of tables and a nice little bookshelf to pass the time. Conveniently located in the Mesa next to Blenders in the Grass, a short walk from Vons and Lazy Acres if you need to combine your errands.

Pizza is good. Service is not good.... Tried calling, went to answering machine. Ordered online and went to pick up (20 minutes after I'd placed order). Nobody near the counter, rang bell, stood around 5-10 minutes until someone came out from back. They hadn't even started making the pizza. Took 25 more minutes for pizza to be ready

The White Chicken Pizza is sooo flavorful, packed with toppings, and the ingredients just taste fresh and high quality. I built my own for Pizza #2 with pepperoni, garlic, ricotta, and black olives. Me and my family couldn't decide which pizza was better, but regardless they were both outstanding. The homemade ranch is just as delicious as I remember too.Now the employees are just as pivotal to the charm and success of Mesa Pizza as the food itself. They're always fairly busy in the evenings (which is a great sign...) and the staff maintains their poise, professionalism, and kindness. Hats off to Jesus for making every guest feel like a valued customer.The location itself is in a cute area of Santa Barbara with plenty of other stores and scenery to check out nearby. Will always support this place!!!

Medium Veggie Hawaiian with three sides of ranch. The best thing ever! From call in to pick up, such a great customer service experience. The ranch...let me tell you something about the ranch. Made in house and it's u real. I'm a big ranch guy and this right here is top tier ranch.

I like the food at Mesa Pizza a lot. The white chicken pizza is quite good, with a nice garlicky sauce that isn't too heavy or greasy, and the chicken is white meat. They make their ranch dressing homemade and it is so good! I am picky about ranch and the one at Mesa is one of the best in town. Very creamy and properly (not overpoweringly) seasoned. Get some breadsticks to dip in the ranch dressing. The only thing I don't like is that they are fairly expensive ($38 for medium pizza, garlic bread, and ranch) and they aren't on DoorDash, so we had to pick it up. I will be back for more pizza!
Mesa pizza is unique and great. I do think it matters what you order and what size for that matter. I have had a soggy pizza by ordering a large with too many toppings. But my go-to with my daughter is to call in ahead, eat there and get a small pepperoni and pineapple with their homemade ranch. I have observed that the thickness of the dough, the crispness of the bottom, and overall experience is by far the best with the small pizza. I just find myself craving it at least every couple weeks. The homemade ranch is unique, and the pizza texture and flavor is on point for this order. Some tabletop Ms.Pacman and a beer, daughter happy spending quarters on the vending toy machines. Just always fun and tasty.

Service was okay. Slow w utensils to table and water. Marguerita pizza had way too much garlic for my taste. I like garlic but it was overpowering. Will not get pizza there again.

We literally drive all the way from the OC area a couple times a year JUST because we're craving this delicious pizza place. If you're ever in the area, definitely check it out. My personal favorite is the barbecue pizza... it has hints of garlic, the crust is perfect, and there's not an overload of barbecue flavor, which is actually what I prefer. I dream of this place sometimes because it's just that good. 1000000/10
