Able to dine outside overlooking the golf course, dog friendly. Good food, and not noisy. Adjacent free parking.

The service was great, the ambience very pleasing overlooking the golf course. This St. Patricj's Day they offered a traditional corned beef and cabbage meal all day. I made this myself, last year when I had company. This year, I ordered it to take home. I was looking forward to it all day. I skipped breakfast and lunch. Then 30 minutes ago, I began to dig in Although I have eaten here many times (their baby back ribs are delicious!) this dinner was SO disappointing. The cabbage was nearly raw, couldn't eat it. The zucchini and green beans are not part of the tradition but the tasted okay. The mashed potatoes (tradition is boiled) were okay. The corned beef was fatty and tough. Really, people? I will be recooking the corned beef a D cabbage with baby red potatoes and possibly carrots. I ordered the banana cream pie which they make there a d is delicious. I know people are "star ing in China" as my mom used to say but i cannot ckean my plate!

Locals favorite for good food, super friendly staff and patrons. Golfing vibe lends sense of fun. Homemade pies. Banana cream pie the best.

Such a wonderful and friendly family own this restaurant overlooking the golf course. Food is excellent, best spicy Bloody Mary ever, and heard the homemade pies and desserts are insanely good. Reasonably priced for the quality!

BEST breakfast and lunch in SB!! Great location, excellent service and truly amazing food. We go there every time we are in SB and it is a regular thing for my family. Everything on the breakfast menu is crave worthy and good, strong coffee. My dad swears the French dip is the best sandwich in town. It is well worth your time if you are hungry for excellent food at a great price. Mulligans should be on the top of your must try list.

Chicken was good but have no flavor. Green beans tasted like plastic. My dad said the liver was also flavorless. My first time there and won't be going back.

Seems to be getting better service now, not being ignored anymore, maybe just a bad day for the server‍

Excellent restaurant, whether dining in or ordering on Grub Hub. I have had 6 or 7 meals, and the quality of food and presentation is flawless.

We really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere on the patio outside, and the service is generally friendly, particularly when one of the owners is the server however, yesterday two of us got what is arguably the worst ham and eggs I ever had in my life. The ham was dry and tough didn't even eat half of it. The hash browns. crispy on the outside as we ask for, but the inside was like some tasteless marsh and although I know eggs have been a problem this year I don't know how they could find eggs that small two eggs were barely 2 bites the toast was stone cold and seemed like the bread was last months did I send anything back? No not worth the trouble but you would think when a server sees 3/4 of a ham on the plate, most of the hashbrowns and all but one piece of the toast. They might ask if anything needed to be fixed .That all Led to a conversation at our table about how we like the place but the food really varies a lot. If yesterday was my first experience, I would never go back.

Good food, no frills, nice setting, good service. Good when you’re tired of trendy. Try the home made potato chips.

Been here a couple of times now. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place. Most recently, I ordered the spicy avocado burger with fries and tots. The burger had no avacado on it. The beef patty had zero seasoning, and was way, way overdone as I ordered medium. (I typically order medium versus medium-rare at places I don't have much faith in). Onion slices were as thick as the meat patty itself. I've made much tastier burgers at home following a recipe from hello fresh. For 20 bucks that they ask for a burger, I would expect a perfectly cooked, well seasoned and well-assembled burger, none of which I got. It honestly tasted like they used a frozen patty. Then there was the bottom bun which was soaking wet from I don't know what. On top of all that, we mentioned to two different servers that it was my grandmother's birthday and she specifically wanted to come to Mulligan's since she goes there all the time (why, I have no idea, I guess she likes looking at the greens outside) Despite all that, no cake or scoop of ice cream or anything was offered for her. I understand they aren't obligated to hand out a free dessert, but it's pretty common even at fine dining establishments all the way down to your cheapo chain restaraunts to show some appreciation that you are celebrating an occasion. The previous meal I had before the aforementioned burger I had ordered the grilled salmon and rice pilaf. The salon was.... okay... it was overdone and a little dry, but seasoned okay. The rice looked like it came out of a bag in the frozen section of the grocery store that you microwave to steam cook. Either that or it looked like what you would expect on a hospital tray for lunch, or school cafeteria. ZERO seasoning. The only redeeming quality of this place in my opinion is that it would be convenient if you happen to be playing a round of golf on the course. Also, the service is generally okay if you disregard the lack of dessert for my dear grandmas birthday. I honestly don't know why some of my family likes this place.
