This is a must try place! The pizza variety is unique and very delicious and the ingredients are top notch. Like others have mentioned, this pizza is fermented for aaawhile so a lot of work gets put into it. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the taste and flavor from the first time I tried it out (initially- too much spicy raw garlic) now it’s roasted and much less of it that way it’s not overpowering. I like coming here for the food, drinks and ambiance. Plan ahead because it could take awhile to get your pizza because it’s made to order not just sitting there. I will say, they seem a little understaffed when I go. Overall, this is my go to for pizza. ?

I really try and refrain from giving local businesses low ratings but this i believe in this circumstance it's appropriate. As a born and raised santa Barbaran this has got to be worst pizza I've ever had in SB. When I went in with my girlfriend the employees looked like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off running around. As we were waiting for our pizza I noticed that one of the employees dropped a food ticket on the dirty floor and the owner then proceeded to pick it up and place it on the line where the pizza is being made. I mentioned it to the owner and all she had to say was "oh, thank you". The pizza itself was very bad it tasted like the sauce was a sweet and sour sauce, awful. I could go on but I just recommend staying clear from this place.

Pizza is incredible but they seemed a little short staffed for a Friday night, which made service a bit slower than ideal.

Believe the hype. Authentic Roman style pizza al taglio with incredible dough. Their boxes come with instructions on how to reheat the leftover pizza in the oven, and it's just as good on day 2. Can't recommend enough. They deserve awards

Hands down the best new pizza place in SB! Literally brought me back to a recent trip to Italy! The pizza is delicious, made to order so you get it hot, crispy with perfectly melted cheese. We ordered the mushroom pizza and they were generous for their portions and topping! Definitely a comfort food must in Santa Barbara

Since Noemi's opened I've had it about once a week and on the weeks I don't wish I were, haha!I think that what I would've liked to know before trying it for the first time is what roman style pizza is, since I was unfamiliar before having it here. If you're not familiar either, I definitely recommend a quick google or ask the staff as that understanding will really help set the expectations and subsequent enjoyment of the pizza & you don't want to miss out on that. Seriously my mouth is watering writing this review.Why do I like it so much? It's just so delicious and satisfying. My favorites are the baked calzones, Margherita, and sopressata pizzas. The dough in the calzones is heavenly and for the pizzas is crunchy when you bite but soft and flavorful in the middle . The pizza dough also holds well under the toppings, doesn't get soggy. This is probably the first gourmet pizza I've become a fan of!The other thing to keep in mind is that while the sizes are generous the pizzas are also very flavorful and very satisfying. So, you might not eat it the same way you would a traditional round or Neapolitan pizza, lol I love how I know all these terms now!! You might say that if I want pizza and I have Neapolitan in mind I could have Noemis and be satisfied but if I want Noemis then the others won't do.Can't wait to be back!!

Sound and look like greet pizza place Is just look ! The Waiting time And order the pizza is nightmare We try order few pizza slices whit different topping but employees make it so hard on me He say I CANOT order 3 slice If you won 4 is need to be full pizza What????I don't care just make my pizza !!Either way we got the pizza (3 slice ) after 45 minutes Because the "dough is not ready "Swear this what them say to me Them offer refund but I really won try it so I whit And of course Them make mistakes on the toppings The pizza is not this greet I don't really think if this pizza or just flat bread whit topping or them just forget my sauce on the pizza?Nvm I know is new place and of course this mistake But like this ?I will give this places shot again in the future Hop till then something changes I don't think this only the employees issue Because why owner make the customers so difficult to order pizza?

We've been to Noemi twice now and really enjoyed the service and the food. Great experience!!The first time we came in, we sat on the patio for the Tuesday lunch deal. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We love pizza but don't always feel great after eating a pile of grease. This style of pizza has FAR less grease than your average pizza but with all of the toppings we love!! So far we've enjoyed a generous side salad and the caprese salad. Both delicious and filling!!We loved the prosciutto panini! Lots of fresh arugula. For the pizzas, we tried the Great White (husband loved, but not my favorite) and the spicy soppressata with honey (amazing!). We're very interested in trying the calzones next!

I've gotten takeout from Noemi's a few times, and I've had the vegan pizza and the Margherita, mostly. They were amazing. I have not had it with vegan cheese, and whenever I order the make your own I get only one kind of cheese, so I'm not sure about the other items. I'll be back soon...

We have eaten here a couple times and the pizza is fantastic, best in town. Unfortunately the last time was on a Saturday night and got there at 5PM and was told if we didn't take something precooked from the counter the wait would be one hour so we left.

Great pizza: Sauce is good, fresh - not greasy ingredients. Bread is crunchy yet soft and delicious. My only complaint is they didn't remember the ranch sauce and peppers I asked for. That being said the pizza didn't need ranch sauce and peppers.

I absolutely love the pizza here! First off, I recommend you call ahead and call early if it's a weekend because they get slammed with orders. Second, if you do walk in on a weekend and you want something custom, it might be a 15min wait. They have their specialty pizzas in a window for you to order and they will heat it up for you or you can take it home and heat it yourself.I love the meat lovers pizza !! Only one time they have heated up and burned all the meat on top but it was still delicious! Parking is limited but you can't eat inside so there's plenty of parking.
