People should take into count, that this was the original store with Nona and Tino. Up until his passing. Tino wanted the store to continue as much as Nona, but his family fought for the rights of the name and took them away from Nona to open up the deli elsewhere and change everything Nona and Tino built together. She went through a lot and she's an elderly lady. It's still opened because it's her life and the only thing that makes her hold on to her late husband. Have compassion and don't expect fast service from an elderly woman. 15-20 minute wait isn't going to Hurt you.

Should have read the reviews before I came. Only went for the Twism offer in the app. I walk in, door open, all lights are off except one that dimly lights the half empty shelves. You don’t see anyone until you look to your very right who I assume to be Nona, in her corner using some kind of steam humidifier. It was very cluttered and dirty in the corner where she sat. She is very nice, but you feel bad she’s running the business by herself. You assume the deli is closed but Nona asks what you’d like. And I asked if the deli was open and she said “I can open it.” Was hoping for something quick, by the time she walked to the deli I had waited a little less than 10 minutes. I showed her the app and said “I came for this” and she says they don’t accept the Twism coupon offer. I assumed so as she only appeared to accept cash in her old school register. I 100% agree with the other one star reviews when they say they don’t know how this place is still open. Someone really needs to help Nona.

Just went in there, and it was a total mess, couldn't even see that anyone was working. All the shelves are empty, and there is no sandwiches to be seen.

Walked in at 130pm on a Wednesday to get a sandwich since they are featured in the “Twism” app with a deal. They were open, but they might as well have not been. Half the lights were off, and the entire business was one super old women sitting at the front who wouldn’t respond to us. Is this a money laundering front??? Cause it’s not a real business. That had to be a joke.

I've been here a few times, I've bought several sandwiches from them before which were ok. They never seem to have a lot of things on the deli menu though. It was interesting trying to figure out what kind of sandwich he could make me with what little deli meat/supplies they had on hand. Such as the tuna, Turkey, ham, etc. During my last few visits, I've inquired twice about the tuna in particular and was told they don't plan to do the tuna salad anymore (then maybe take it off the menu?) There are also two different "open until" times on google and Yelp, Yelp says they close at 2, google says they close at 4. I stopped by twice today, once at around 11:45 and then at 1:30, and still no luck. Thinking maybe whoever was working was on lunch or something, I also called the phone number twice, no answer. Honestly, I'd say skip this place. It's more of a convenience store that sells beer, soda, candy, ramen noodles and other little novelties than it is a "deli".

Soooo sad. After waiting for 15 minutes in an empty store, at lunchtime (should have been our first clue!) Nona made her way over to make sandwiches, (Should have been our 2nd clue) from her seat at the front door. After ordering, long after ordering, I see Nona at the sink with a scrub brush, washing off some meat. We promptly paid for the chips we had eaten while waiting and left. I'm sorry, but, know when to say when. How is this place even still open? Soooo sad.

Got poor service at a sad deli. Guy on Thursday was pathetic, won't go back. Out of everything. Gave sparse amount of olive oil and fake cheese. Rude employee was icing on the cake.Vegetarian options: Cheese available for vegetarian choices.Parking: Ample parking on the side and in front.Dietary restrictions: Variety of choices of cheese.

Yikes! Someone needs to help Nona out. This isn't the shop it used to be. Nearly all shelves empty. Few options to choose from. Only cash accepted.

Hate to write a bad review, but the poor old lady working there runs the whole thing by herself. I walked In to a quite empty market (already skeptical) she comes from outside. Doesn't wash her hands, no gloves, and she just starts going to town making me a sandwich way to much Mayo/mustard frozen lettuce and tomatoes... also poor lady didn't know how to use her card machine so I had to help her so I could even pay for my food. 100% honest I took one bite just to give it a chance, glad I didn't eat it...(also fly in the sandwich) Only writing this so other people don't have to deal with this. Hope that lady can retire soon!

I was scared to try this place because of the other reviews, but our experience was pretty good. Our sandwiches had the perfect amounts of meat, veggies and condiments and the bread was fresh. They were very good. The service was slow, but in all fairness, the lady making the sandwiches was like 105 years old. She also couldn't work the credit card machine, (understandably, given the age) so we had to wait for someone to come back from break to ring us up.

Someone needs to help Nona! Things have completely deteriorated. Have been going there many years and when it was Tino's. She was there all by herself and the front of the stored looked cluttered and trashed. Then my favorite sandwich was a mess, only i smidge o turkey, wrong condiments, and the order came out all wrong in general, threw most of it out.and nearly inedible. I don't know why there was no help and Nona clearly needs someone. Hope her family comes to her rescue.
