I've never needed to remind the catering staff what needs to be done; I've never been disappointed by the food, and they've never let me down. Their staff know the art of great service and can anticipate guests' needs down to the minute. My last event was complicated, with multiple moving parts, and it went off without a hitch. I planned an event in the montecito area from afar and Tiana and team were amazing! I did a small reception for 35 people at a private residence and the service, display and food quality was great! I'm a planner from outside state and it made me nervous to go with a caterer that I have tried before or even had a chance to do a tasting, but after reading reviews and stalking their instagram and blogs, I knew they would be a great choice. The services staff was friendly and quick to refill stations when quantities were low. Food was warm and tasty. Our party was set to be outside that evening but it ended up raining and we had to move inside. The team did the best with what they had to work with and the party was a success. They even cleaned up and were packed up and out pretty quick after the party ended. I will definitely use Omni again for future events I do in the Santa Barbara area!

Just attended a wedding reception catered by Omni at the Cabrillo Pavilion - the food was delicious, but most outstanding was the staff. The servers were fun and gracious and top notch. The bar staff who helped us load the leftover beverages to our car were beyond helpful. Have never hugged catering staff before, but these lovely people went above and beyond and it was hugs all around!

As a wedding planner, I had the joy of working with Omni and their fantastic team on New Year's Eve for a wedding in Santa Barbara. Not only was the food amazing, but the crew was on-top of things! They were always ready to assist guests as needed and even had a couple plates warm and ready in the back for a few people who arrived to the dinner late. I will say the coconut shrimp appetizer was my favorite; I also love their late night "grilled cheese" trios- grilled cheese sandwiches made with bacon, pear and brie. It was a treat for the guests to have such an amazing "snack" after their dinner of salmon and flank steak with fresh grilled veggies. Thank you, Omni!

We just wanted to thank you and your team for catering our event. The service we experienced including my communication back and forth with you was amazing! The driver arrived early to deliver and came right on time to pick of the chafer. The food was by far one of the best meals we have had in an event like ours. Our family had an amazing night with delicious food. Thank you again for the professionalism. We loved the set up including the wooden boxes. It definitely tied into our decor for the night!Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! We also did not have time to do a tasting and I was a bit worried about that but it was so worth it! Amanda tailored our menu to our specific event and was absolutely amazing to work with.

My review is based upon purely the communication with this company. I'm disappointed with communication of this company. I emailed not once but on two occasions to obtain inquiries. The first time I emailed at the end of 2019 when we first started to plan our wedding. We had a couple emails in regards to the menu and then never heard back. I was not upset because I was still waiting to book my venue and date. Once COVID hit our plans changed and we had to move our wedding to summer 2021. We booked a location along with and date. Now forward to October of 2020 I was in need of a catering and I wanted to give Omni another chance. I sent the email and got a response on what we are looking for and our price points. Then was told I would receive some menu options. I waited over 7 days and not one single email or follow up. I'm truly disappointed. It made me feel as I was not an important potential client. Truly disappointed. I hope this can be opportunity for growth in their communication with potential clients.

Omni was suppose to cater our wedding this October but due to COVID we unfortunately had to cancel. However, Omni let us move the deposit we put down for the wedding and put it towards the small bridal shower I had. Not only was the food absolutely delicious the customer service with Omni was amazing. Amanda was extremely understanding of our situation and went out of her way to make my bridal shower so special. She helped customize a new menu for us and responded to my emails so quickly. The day of the shower Enrique arrived on time with the food and drinks and made sure everything was perfect before he left. I truly recommend Omni to anyone who is looking for a catering company. I can't thank them enough for making my bridal shower so special and for being so understanding and accommodating during this time. Also, how cute are these mini patron margs Omni has!?
We were extremely happy with the service and food that Omni provided for our wedding. Prior to our event, Amanda did a great job communicating with us about all of our options and even assisted us in finding rentals. Everyone at our wedding was very impressed with the food, and the display they set up was beautiful. The person who set everything was very helpful and went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend Omni to anyone holding event in the Santa Barbara area.

Omni Catering was AMAZING! So many of my wedding guests could not stop talking about the food as it was delicious! Sara from Omni made every aspect of planning a dinner for 100 guests easy and fun. The tasting was extremely nice and professional and I felt that my wants/ideas were honored and respected. Sara was easy to contact and always responded promptly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Omni!
