Sadly, the quality has gone down drastically in the last few years. Orange chicken has been overcooked, dry and lukewarm. The 'fried rice' was a type of 'minute rice' with no flavor whatsoever! The 'greens' were lacking flavor also, very bland and very soggy too!! Shrimp was soggy as well, as were the Spring rolls which were terrible, tasteless and no sweet and sour! Very unhappy with their substandard quality and hope they return to the way it was in the beginning....and it's quite expensive for what you get! UPDATE: Food poisoning!!!! After a couple of hours, nausea and vomiting began, stomach pains for 2 days, thought I was gonna die!! Not only is the food sub-par, it could be deadly too!! Go to a good Chinese or Thai restaurant and skip it!!

You guys need to close this location down for good. Never open and when it is the food is worse than the Panda in goleta and upper state. 5 oclock on a Tuesday and it's closed with only a piece of paper on the front door indicating so. ATLEAST PUT CLOSED ON GOOGLE IT TAKES 3 MINUTES.

However, I had a disappointing experience when I dined at the Paseo Nuevo location last night around 8:30 PM. The line was extremely long, with only one staff member serving customers, resulting in a 15-minute wait just to place an order. Additionally, many of the food containers were empty, limiting the available options. While I understand it was close to closing time, they should have still been serving until 9 PM, not 8:30 PM. On a positive note, the employee working diligently managed to handle the pressure and prepare our food efficiently. Overall, I suggest avoiding this location at night, but it's still a decent place to eat during other times.

I ordered 1 plate in-store this afternoon and ended up receiving someone else's order. I noticed this before even leaving the store because there was a small box with honey walnut shrimp in addition to the plate, which I did not order. It turns out I was given the plate of the person after me, and instead of refunding me or giving me my actual order, they told me to keep the plate I was given since I had paid extra for it. Left very frustrated. Not only did I not get the plate I ordered in-store, I paid extra for someone else's order. I have never had an issue like this at other locations, and am disappointed with the service I received.

Ordered threw Uber eats and was charged multiple times for the same order a total of 3 times and when I told them about it and showed my statements they said they would refund my money in 10 days been 2 weeks now and apparently it’s been too long now and that the order was completed so they couldn’t do anything about it. over charged me 185 dollars. Never ordering threw them again I’m still trying to dispute this.
