The food is pretty good if you go before 8pm after that you get what’s been sitting all day or sitting too long and it tastes awful.Also twice a long time ago I had plastic wrap in my chow mein on separate occasions at this location and threw away the receipts and while Panda Express Acknowledged their mistake and vowed to tell their employees of this mistake that was all that was done.Just today I suspect something plastic again was in my food because it was hard and hurt to bit on but I may have accidentally swallowed what ever it was this time.

Usually we alway liked the food and service at Panda Express. Yesterday however, it was very bad at the La Cumbre location! Despite it being Lunar New Year, there was only one food server at lunch time. The line of customers started all the way outside door. After about 25 minutes, we finally got to order, only to receive the WORST food I have ever had at a Panda Express from an employee that was noticeably overwhelmed and stressed. Also, pretty much all the tables hadn’t been cleaned for a while!

They’re suppose to open at 10am. Went around 10:25am and the doors were still locked. All I wanted was some orange chicken before going back to work.

Staff ignored me while they prepared take out orders. Did say hello only that I was standing in the wrong place to order. Then continued to ignore me when I moved the 2 feet he asked me too. Ivan needs customer service training.

Wow, what can I say but don’t eat here!!!!!! It was terrible and I knew better than to go in there but I was hungry and wanted something quick. I had the chow main and orange chicken. I didn’t feel like it was cooked well enough and it wasn’t. I was up all night on the toilet!!!!!!!! It suxed. Don’t go to this place, it looks dirty and staff was unfriendly and overworked. This cured me from ever going to another Panda Express

the lady that took our order and served our food did not take our order correctly. she kept asking what we wanted and still managed to mess up our food. we were charged extra for something that we did not ask for & still found a hair in the sweet fire when we opened up the box. we're super disappointed and annoyed.

Came in on Friday doors were closed shut, inside it felt like an oven very hot with no AC. They were busy and didn't have that many workers. Staff was courteous but took long because they were short staffed I think or maybe some workers went on break. The sauce packets were dirty and sticky which was nasty, didn't use them.Food was ok, overall I might give them another try if I am ever around
