Lame. They offered me $12 (total was $56) as a refund and then they took 53 mins to get me a new one when I called to complain @9:57pm. They said they'll rush one to me in 30 mins. Pizza was re-delivered it at 10:50pm and it was underdone and doughy.

Horrible experience. We paid over $50 for two six inch gluten-free pizzas and a small salad. They messed order up and brought us the wrong dressing and I have people with dietary needs. A total waste of money. Don’t bother going here. Who sends food out of a kitchen this badly burnt? We also had two employees call and confirm our order only for it to be messed up and burned.

We love Rustys pizza and any time we are in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area, we hit up one of the Rustys locations. This time we tried some different items besides our go to pizza. The Rustys sub was good tasting, but was minimal when it came to the meat. The habanero wings were very tasty.

Trying to order with them a couple of weeks ago. I guess they're trying out the 'AI'. Not working and got so frustrated trying to order a vegetarian pizza, I had to hang up. Not going through this again. Try humans, they come through every time in the pizza world. Too many other options in SB and Goleta. Bad move if you're trying to save money.

On September 16, 2023 around 5:20 pm, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza to eat in. I waited for 30 minutes, then I decided to ask for my pizza, the cashier told me they forgot to make it, and told me to wait another 5 minutes. I saw a bunch of people in the kitchen doing nothing. I wondered how they forgot. I asked for a refund, which they acted like they didn’t want to, but I insisted. After they talked to the manager I got my refund, but they didn’t even say sorry. What kind of business is that. Bunch of lazy people.
I'm giving this review a one star because they have good pizza....that is not in question. I am however questioning their hiring of employees and what screening they go through. I have now ordered from them over 100 times, and in those 100 times they have NEVER been polite or even human on the phone (I have engaged with them and am generally a polite person especially when ordering pizza). I guess with such a tedious job there's no upside but maybe upon hiring you should see if they have any personality whatsoever. Just my humble opinion.

literally the best pizza I've ever had. I recommend the personal cheese, but all pizzas are great. once you go Rusty's you can never go back!Vegetarian options: they have plenty of vegetarian options, including cheese pizza with veg. toppings like mushrooms, olives, ect, as well as veg. sides like salads and garlic bread.

Meatball sub had 4 tiny meatball cut into pieces to give the appearance of more meat. A laughable amount of meatballs on "meatball" sub. Entire "sub" was mostly bread and cheese. Also barely any sauce. I reached out to their Instagram to point this out and was ignored. Also every time I've gone in the employees are usually distracted, cold and rude.
