I love Rusty's, the pizza is always delicious no matter what location I go to. My only complaint lately is the ridiculous new phone system. I've called in on multiple occasions and half the time I have to get transferred to a live rep and repeat my order. It is beyond frustrating. Bring back real living people!

Rusty's is the best pizza in Santa Barbara, and one of my personal favorite pizza places ever. Locals in Santa Barbara know Rusty's is the best. There is widespread debate on if the thin or thick crust is better, and I am a thin crust supporter through and through. Not a fan of the thick crust.

Bring back the old ordering system! This new AI system is horrendous. It's only managed to get my order right once, and it has repeatedly stated that the business is closed when it's still open for over an hour. We shouldn't have to argue with AI for 10 minutes and then get put on hold to talk with an Indian call center just to order a single pizza. All that being said, I do love the pizza. The buildings are great, the video game choices are on point, the staff friendly, the vibe warm. I've recently fallen in love the El Diablo Fuego pizza - so excessive, so delicious. I would absolutely recommend Rusty's to anyone looking for tasty meal or a place to host a pizza party. I've been frequenting Rusty's for 30 years, since I had my childhood birthday parties in the bank vault, and I certainly will continue to patronize it. But I've been ordering Rusty's a lot less lately because of the hassle of talking to incompetent AI program. And you made this change for what? So you could save a few bucks by laying off the 4 or 5 people who staffed your local call center? This was not a savvy business decision. PS. the fake keyboard sounds of the AI operator is just condescending.

This is my neighborhood place, however they really messed something up and didn’t offer an apology, acknowledgment or even a free item. Serious misstep for this local place.

Just wanted a classic Rusty's sub and it was definitely a sub - subpar sandwich! All lettuce and tomato 3 transparently thin slices of Italian Salami, Bologna, no Cotto Salami or Provolone Cheese. I ordered it to-go so not much I could do about it other than suggest you don't order it at this Rusty's on Carrillo during the lunch shift on Friday.

The customer service was horrible the cashier was not friendly at all she acted like she was bothered to deal with customers. The pizza dough could have been cooked more. The wings were tasty and crispy. Overall it did not leave a good impression on me and it was my first time there.

The pizzas were good, albeit not sliced w care (a bit haphazardly), but the anchovies in small plastic containers must've been placed there a month ago! Stiff as cardboard. Get it together, folks. Not cool.

I ordered a sandwich and went pick it up at the store on west Carrillo in Santa Barbara the sandwich was disgusting. But the big problem was that they don’t have s as mobility friendly entrance and I had a very hard time getting in to pick up my order. If not for the kindness of a complete stranger I would not have been able to get my mobility scooter into the store

They hire people who use other people's information!! Someone is working here UNDER MY NAME! And they won't answer my calls ! I don't even live out there nor have I been there ever! I want to know who's working under my personal information!
