Ok.. 2 orders Togo-portions were so small, hardly any bean sprouts, 2 thin slice beef for $15! It’s catered to people around the surrounding areas. As an Asian I Think It’s 3.5 ratings compare to

It's santa barbara, so it's gonna cost a lot. i spent almost 15 dollars for a simple pho and soft drink combo meal, perhaps it wasn't priced together.the service is tight, they look at your every fifteen minutes or so asking if you want something. which is... well.... alright.whatever. try it for yourself, maybe they just had an off night.

Really enjoyed the pho, different than what we are used to in NOLA, but great all the same. We sat outside in a nice setting and had wonderful customer service.

I've been here a couple of times, and the food is fairly good! Definitely satisfies the craving of pho if you're from OC and missing the authentic Vietnamese food. I only give it 4 stars because I didn't care for the broth as much, but overall a good place to go to!

I called at 8:31pm to ask about their hours and see if it was okay for us to arrive around 8:45-8:50. We were walking from the canary hotel which is two blocks north. The person who answered the phone said yes! Come!We arrived at 8:41 and the woman who greeted us gave us a look. I had to ask if we could have a table for four. She said if we know what we want we can order to go. Lol. We're visiting Santa Barbara and obviously don't know what we want but we've experienced Vietnamese food many times and likely knew what we would order. She was such a rude person but like whatever. I'm over it. So we left because she actually turned us away. She literally told us we couldn't eat there unless we knew what we wanted and ordered to go. Lol. I understand I sound entitled and annoying but like we called beforehand and made sure it was okay. We were so excited to experience Vietnamese in SB! I understand they probably want to go home and that is fair. But I called before and they said yes come. As long as we came before 8:50. Anyway.. they're getting a 1 star and now we're at CPK. I ordered a carne asada pizza and a shrimp pasta plus a bottle of wine. Yum!!!!! Will I come back? Nahhhh..... do I recommend this place? Nahh... is it good? Probably.. but I'll never know. Big hair toss & buh bye to this place. Xoxo.

I was craving pho, and we found Saigon while in town for the weekend. Interestingly, this Vietnamese restaurant is merged with Sachi, a Japanese ramen spot, so while I got the rare beef pho, my partner opted for the chicken ramen. My rare beef pho was decent: portions were huge and I appreciated tons of rice noodles inside. However, I did find the beef to be tough and not very enjoyable and the broth, while flavorful, was too oily.Service was kind and checked in on us a few times to make sure we were doing well. Overall, not the best pho I've had, but the service was great!

Saigon used to have two locations, a 5 point location and one on state street. I was surprised to find out that Saigon had merged with sachi ramen! I was a little bit hesitant because sachi ramen was never my favorite place but I LOVE Saigon. So I decided to give it a try and SHIVER ME TIMBERS I am glad I did. The service was BEYOND amazing. The food was even better than I remembered. I was mad at myself for getting full to quickly. The restaurant at first glance walking in seemed unassuming and maybe a bit quiet but it quickly because buzzing with patrons as it was lunch time. I will be coming back every visit I make because this place is unforgettable and in the best way possible!

One of my favorite places for pho in the downtown Santa Barbara area. My go to is the Pho Special which is full of both types of brisket, meat balls, tendon and tripe. The service is always awesome, friendly and quick. Anytime I pick up my order to go, I call it in and with 10 minutes it's ready to go.I've always had a great experience go Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant and the pho is worth checking out.

Delicious chicken pho and even better shrimp tempura! I'll definitely order the same again!

Yum! I went here for the first time on Valentine's Day for dinner on a date. We immediately found a table and a server came over promptly to ask our drinks. The menu was expansive and I had a hard time choosing between the ahi poke bowl and the teriyaki chicken bowl. I ultimately chose the ahi poke and my date ordered the chicken ramen bowl. All of the employees, including the owner, are very friendly and welcoming. My poke bowl was superb! It did seem like a lot of rice and I was hoping for a bit more poke, but the food was delicious and the place had a very calming atmosphere. I definitely recommend :)

Salmon curry rice tastes not bad, and there’s many salmon chunks inside
