The Santa Barbara Club was the absolute best place to have our wedding. My husband and I had our ceremony at the SB Courthouse and then paraded with all of our guests to the SB Club with our guitarist and lots of instruments for the guests.Julie and Alejandra took care of us through almost 3 years of planning the wedding and remained calm through all of the COVID-required rescheduling. They are both very communicative, friendly and organized. Early on in the planning stages we had a very fun menu tasting where every single item was delicious.Jackie and Tina were fantastic throughout the reception, as we all were leaving that evening, and met us the next morning so that we could pick up some items that were left behind.The space is gorgeous and has two separate areas for the bride, groom and their attendants to get ready. The bartenders were quick to make great drinks and the food was delicious. Dancing under the stars was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing!

Our daughter recently got married at the SB Club & we couldn't have been more pleased. Alejandra, Julie & Tina were extremely attentive & professional. They provided so much that we did not have to deal with such as linens, china or chairs, etc. as well as including a private parking lot. The garden is beautiful with white lights everywhere, intimate, & so perfectly situated downtown that our guests had easy access to all the attractions that Santa Barbara has to offer. My daughter & her husband loved the fact that they could continue to celebrate indoors from 10 pm to 12 am with their DJ & a bar, which is a unique amenity here in Santa Barbara. We also got rave reviews about the quality of their food. Their comprehensive service made our event as stress free as it could be.

We had an unexpected increase in the number of attendees at the last minute, and Santa Barbara Club was great about accommodating to a larger, more suitable available space in their establishment.The only slight issue I encountered was when I executed the event, one server was definitely not enough for a group of my size (roughly 40-50 people). Next time I will request additional staff be added.
My daughter was married at the Santa Barbara Club 10/2/21. The wedding had been postponed for a year, but the club did not miss a beat. Alejandra handled the many changes we requested like the pro she is. The ceremony and reception were held in the same outdoor space. After the ceremony and during the cocktail hour, the staff moved quickly to remove ceremony seating and arrange tables for nearly 100 guests. Everyone was in awe of their efficiency. The club provides tables, chairs, linens, and table settings -- all for a very reasonable price. The food, served hosted buffet style with many choices, was absolutely delicious, and guests raved about the gorgeous private garden setting under twinkling lights. After dinner, our DJ took over and the outdoor dance floor we rented was hopping. If you are planning a Santa Barbara wedding, seriously consider the Santa Barbara Club. It's elegant without being stuffy, the staff is extremely professional, and the price is right. I cannot say enough good things about it. Arrange a tour and prepare to be blown away,

Julie showed us around, she was immediately so warm and inviting, and then once we booked, Alejandra took over and guided us through the whole process very patiently, answering all our questions swiftly and with a smile.We looked at several venues in the Santa Barbara area and this place was by far the best value with so much natural beauty. We were really looking for a place that didn't require a lot work, we wanted to keep things easy, and that's exactly what we got. They have beautiful chairs, linens, etc. and our guests couldn't stop complimenting how stunning the venue was and how curated it felt, but the truth is we just had great vendors and a great canvas! The yard and building are so beautiful that you hardly have to do a thing! We also got so many compliments on our food - many, many people said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. What a high compliment!On top of everything else, they patiently worked with us as we rescheduled our wedding from Spring 2020 to Spring 2021 to Fall 2021. They never showed an ounce of frustration and only extended compassion. It was amazing to finally have our big day.
