Horrible Starbucks. Most baristas there are rude. I had a Mobil order for one drink and food item. I get there I tried to get their attention and they just ignored me, when one of the girls approached to asked me if I had a Mobil order she sounded upset, like if she was bothered that i was standing there. She gave me my drink and told me "yeah the food item is not ready yet, I will call you when it's ready" went to sit by the tables close to the Mobil pick up area so I wouldn't miss my name being called , waited for about 15 minutes, saw a lot of people coming and getting their food and my food was still not called . I went to ask if my Mobil was ready because I was still waiting for an item and the girl looked at me mad and said "need anything else" I told her I was waiting for a food item , she grabbed it tossed it on the counter and walked away. My food was cold! It had been sitting there for a while and my name was never called out! I hold myself from asking earlier because as it is , it was hard to get their attention plus they seemed bothered that I was there asking for my Mobil order. I understand they sometimes are busy and they are busy multitasking but there was no people in line! Plus two other baristas that were there were just talking to each other laughing not doing anything ! Plus not the first time having a bad experience there with the same girls, every single time I go they are always rude! All my bad experiences at that store have been with these particular girls. They ALWAYS seem bothered and when I ask for extra milk, Sriracha, etc they always get upset or make faces. I try to be nice, maybe they are having a bad day, and had dealt with many rude customers but no they always have the same rude attitude . I'm done going to that Starbucks.

Typical Starbucks flair; the outdoor sitting area was nice and relaxing. The honey citrus mint tea was very tasty and refreshing.

This Starbucks rocks!!! The employees are really friendly and my drink is almost always made exactly the way it should be, they are very good at making drinks to the proper standard here. I've never waited for an excessive amount of time even when they are busy. I like how much seating there is and they have a wonderful outdoor patio. They are welcoming to my dog, too. This location is where I usually choose to walk my dog even though it is a bit further from me than the State & Victoria location--it is totally worth it to come here for a better experience.

Only downside to this Starbucks is that the restrooms are permanently closed. Obvs they have restrooms for employees or where else would they go? Also, there’s no seating available unlike traditional locations where you can seat and enjoy your coffee.

I've written a lot of review about the many Starbucks I've visited throughout the country. This is the first location that I've ever given a 1 star rating and I feel like I'm being generous. 20 mins after I placed my order, I asked about my order...and still had to wait an additional 5mins to get my food order which they got wrong and my drink.The barista said, she could only process orders as she receives them...This is a non-drive thru location! So the system can't tell the difference between mobile orders and "in-store" orders ? If so there system is flawed! there were many made completed orders unpicked up, while I was waiting for mine...for 20mins.I guess the baristas give priority to pickup orders?Whoever is the manager of this store gets an "F"...it doesn't make any sense for anyone to wait 20mins to get their normal "run of the mill "order. This stores staff is incompetently trained at best.There are plenty of places I can get a coffee and sandwiches in Santa Barbara including other Starbucks...will "never ever" come back...anyone who values their time shouldn't step foot in this location.

I ordered online and came to pick up my drink when I saw they filled it up half way . I asked if I could get more milk in it and I was fine paying extra. The plus size staff member refused to allow me to pay for extra milk. She made me pay for a completely new drink I was very upset cause she wasted a perfectly normal drink that will just be thrown away because she was unable to comprehend putting more milk into a cup.

To be honest, Starbucks does it for me because I'm always on the go and it's always nice to order on their app and go pick it up from the counter for pick ups, clean restrooms, a variety of different hot and cold beverages and fun non coffee ones they can make for you or your kids too! Another factor is their customer service, they make you feel welcomed no matter who you are and are very well trained! I was assisted by Sebastian (the young man with the long hair tied up in a bun!) he was very professional and represents Starbucks well and he made my drink just how I like it and deals with crowds and long lines with a genuine tude! Thanks Sebastian for making my day!
