This store is enjoying racism. Came with a friend (we both Asian) and the staff intentionally spelled Doris into DORICE and Florence into FLORICE while making the wrong drinks. Must be fun for you.

Kelly was very unwelcoming and rude. when I approached her I was ignored which isn't apart of the Starbucks latte model that you learn during training. After receiving her attention I got no help and she seemed like there was nothing she could do for me. Money wasted on trash product. Won't be coming here again

Great location. They are super quick. I have definitely been in line behind lots of people and they are very quick and efficient. It's easy to come here during a break or lunch for a coffee or snack! Also has a great view of the lagoon!

Rude! Close means close at that time. We arrived 4:20 pm store closes at 4:30!! We were told we are not doing blended drinks! Why? Because we cleaned the blender! WTF?

Have had good experiences and just okay experiences here. Most of the time it just depends on who is working cashier that day. Generally, they get the job done but for some reason my dragon drink never comes out right here in comparison to the Starbucks in IV--the coconut milk is always separated and I definitely recommend saying light ice. I also wish they carried blonde roast and that you can mobile order/use rewards. I understand they're not corporate but why no blonde roast?

Tell me why the white girl barista was all smiles and friendly to every customer until it was my turn to order. That smile turned to sideways glances and nervous laughter with the quickness. Maybe my shaved head and brown skin were too much and shattered your fragility? If seeing people like me scares you, you probably shouldn't attend a UC in Southern California. I promise to never again cause you anxiety with my presence.

I can't use mobile ordering here (hence the crazy long line) and I also cannot redeem rewards here. I can use my Starbucks card to earn rewards but that's about it at this location. I try to avoid it but since I was coming to the UCSB bookstore for the sale anyhow, I'm braving the line. I'll stick with the IV Starbucks from now on.

I only come here because it's the most convenient. I know it's 100% compostable which I appreciate but it's also 100% student run and I don't blame them but they get my drink incorrect or pour too much or too little every single time. IV is better

This specific location has more issues than other locations. 90% of the time they don't add an ingredient I wanted or do something stupid. The only reason I come back here is because I need coffee but most of the times I try to go to another location
