Better than ever! Can’t remember if they had a whole vegan menu when I was last here a few years ago. Rascal’s vegan beef burrito was delicious and huge.Vegetarian options: Locally made mock meats, absolutely delicious.

Sooooo bomb. Massive portions for $10. My husband and I split the vegan pastor burrito with added vegan cheese. They have an entire vegan section of the menu with around 8 options.

Ordered a Carne Asada burrito. It was filled with lots of rice and beans and a whole lot of sour crème hardy any meat. The sour cream just drowned the flavor.
