We were seated promptly in an indoor area. Unfortunately one of our party then thought we should move to outdoor seating. After ordering our food it began to rain. The restaurant staff first brought us umbrellas, thinking it would be a short rain. It turned into real rain so it took awhile for the staff to reseat us indoors again. Not the staffers fault, but the food also got wet. We recommend eating indoors during iffy weather!

Way underrated and off the beaten path! Delicious drinks, tacos, and service. Ritz experience but with much more modest prices. Family friendly and wonderful for parties. Spend some time at Haskell’s Beach and then mosey on over here and get warm by one of their fires. Highly recommend!

First of all....the service was great. The star of the show was Amine who was super attentive and provided spot on recommendations on cocktails and entrees. Some of the party ordered the Mango Chili and some ordered the Luna Nueva. Both were tremendously flavorful and catered to a particular taste. Amine anticipated our needs by graciously replacing one of the drinks we knocked over without us requesting another, and providing additional tortilla chips with my dinner because that is the way he likes it. He also brought out the birthday dessert with us requesting it. This birthday experience exceeded expectations. Now lets talk food which was somewhat unique and flavorful. Let's be honest though: the prices are slightly higher than need by, but we are at the Ritz.

Cute place for a drink in an upscale environment. Service is good and the drinks are really well made. They also provide you with free bae snacks to enjoy with your drinks!

The O Bar is a one of a kind unique experience. The venue is a lot more casual than the main restaurant but offers amazing dinner options that are as delicious as any other 5 star restaurant. Our server Jordan was exceptional, fun and very knowledgeable. Can't wait to return and bring our friends.

Wished I would have come here more nights vs the other options. Service was phenomenal ! The fire options outside were great for ambiance . The food was really great. Quality in ingredients could be tasted , I had the arroz con pollo: spicy, overall simple but delicious ! Would come here again !

This review is being written in the context that this is the Ritz Carlton. If this were not part of the Ritz, the expectation might have been lower, and hence my rating higher. On the plus side, the setting for the 'O' bar is great, and the menu is interesting, and reasonably priced for a resort of this caliber. The waitstaff is enthusiastic and tries hard, but mostly college students, which causes the turnover to be high and the experience low. We had a nice meal, but a couple of menu items were not available, and service was patchy at times. The atmosphere here is nice, but this Ritz doesn't have much in the way of a dress code, perhaps because it is a beach property. My wife and I were nicely dressed for a high end date, and were surrounded by dudes in running shoes, tank tops, workout shorts, and baseball caps.

Food was great. I had the shrimp enchiladas I highly recommend I ended up getting very buzz. I tasted their sweet wine and we ended up buying a bottle of champagne to take to our room. Service was fast. Our waiters were funny and friendly ambience was very elegant sexy Villa vives, my favorite hotel for sure.

My first time here to restaurant...located inside Bacara Ritz Hotel. Chicken quesadilla was delicious...drinks on point and friendly bartenders. I had reservations for outside which was pretty but I preferred to sit at the bar since I was solo. Setting/ambiance was decent in the bar.

Was here for work recently… and I really did have a great time with the staff here. You can tell they are really well trained to be super attentive. They even remembered me telling them about my kids a few days prior and asked me about them when I returned haha.Aside from that, I think paid +$40.00 for a burger? And to be honest, I’ve had much, much better burgers! Lol… For the price I would probably want one of the best burgers I’ve ever had lol. The bun was kinda dry and almost tasted stale? The fry’s were pretty good! Thanks for the service!Beautiful environment, wonderful people.

It's the Ritz, you can't go wrong! Obviously it's pricey, and i don't like the fact that I spent $60 on just a burger and a quesadilla, but that's expected at these establishments. They had live music, a man playing lovely guitar. There was indoor and outdoor seating on a terrace. Ocean views from a distance. Service wasn't on their A game the night I dined here, when we asked for things like catchup they'd forget and we'd have to remind them. I wouldn't say these plates were to die for, but they were good.
