The yogurt is good but the store closes before the posted hours and we were given rude service for coming in because they forgot to lock the doors(despite it being an hour before closing). Even when we bought the yogurt, we were asked very rudely about how many spoons we needed. Then there was also a hair in our yogurt. Very disappointed

Business is open till 10pm. We came at 9:30pm Monday, 10/09/2023. There's 8 of us and ordered a lot, and Irma the cashier did not let is use their restroom, she said its their rule. I asked kindly since we've been strolling in State St. Im calling for Yogurtland manager or owner to please teach staff better customer service. No complaints with Yogurt, only the staff and maybe the rule if its true.Thank you.

Absolutely terrible! I had called ahead and asked if they had sugar free and was told yes. Get all the way there and they only have no sugar added. Then the girl refuses to let me see the nutritional facts and argue me that they mean the same thing. So disrespectful and ignorant.

This is yogurtland, it lies somewhere in between our realm and the yogurt realm. Inside you will find empty cups and a wall of yogurt machines. You need to figure out how to fill these cups with yogurt on your own, help isn't coming. Next, you will find an array of toppings. These range from Cap'n Crunch to gummy worms. The toppings are diverse and extensive and if you wait long enough, you'll see things. Things you can't unsee. Next, you weigh your decisions/choices. On a scale. A staff member will then make eye contact and tell you what you've done. Payment is required immediately, and some regret is expected, but not guaranteed. Be well, weary traveler.

Absurdly overpriced yogurt. 2 dollops will cost you $11. Surly, unfriendly staff, who don't know anything about the products in their store. Don't come here.

HEAVENLY. THE WORKERS KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION IS BETTER THAN ANY FROZEN YOGURT I HAVE EVER HAD. VERY CLEAN AND WORKERS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. COULDNT BE HAPPIER. THE GIRL AND THE BOY WORKING TONIGHT DESERVE A RAISE.
