This place is going downhill. I go here once or twice a month and they mess up my order almost every time. I went here yesterday afternoon because I needed a quick meal for my family and my entire order was messed up. I told them I don't want any pickles on my burgers and they put pickles on all my burgers. The burgers were also very dry like they've been under a heat lamp for hours and only had a tiny bit of dried up sauce on them. I also asked for ketchup for the 2 sides of fries and received no ketchup. I would give zero stars if I had the option.

I ordered one meal and received a different meal. I didnt get what I wanted. And right befor that a coworker had to reexplain his order mutiple times. I was not happy and wiped off half the toppings on my burger.

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I love how the service is always fantastic and they keep the place clean all the time. Prices are reasonable and they serve large portions.

I give this shithole a negative 2. I have no car and went through the drive through on kick scooter. I don't remember the name of the burgers I want. For the speaker will not accept me for I have no car. I scooter to the window The idiot on duty told me to go back and look at the menu and come back to him to confirm the burgers I want. THE PATHETIC F*** HAD THE MENU ON THE SCREEN BUT REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT AND TELL ME WHAT IT IS I AM LOOKING FOR. I asked him to look at the screen and to confirm the name and I'll buy it. He refused. The fat f*** also did not honor the $2 charbroiled coupon all Carl's Jr are suppose to honor. Even though the sticker in the front window advertise the price to be $2. He charged me the full price and not the discouted price. I did not buy.This business is a cheat. It should go out of business.

My wife went through the drive through for a quick meal for our family. It was about 2 hours before closing so there was only one staff. It took him forever to answer the phone and he answered it by saying, "What do you want?" Ummmm, excuse me? I want some customer service, you rude person. But whatever. Let's get some quick food and never come back here. I ordered a Famous Star without cheese. My wife ordered some burger meal with fries. So fast forward to the meal. My burger had cheese in it. But that's besides the worst part. Both of our burgers were soggy. The fries were stale and almost soggy. Damn, should of gone to McDonald's instead and I hate McDonald's. We will never come back here, not even we were paid to come back. Worst fast food experience ever.

Today is the last day ill go to this location. I work near hear so have visited many times. There used to be a friendly staff but now theres a lady with short hair who is rude! Today i ordered my usual and asked for no onion, add cheese. And AGAIN! no cheese! No receipt. Its not worth my time and money to keep getting attitude and the wrong order 9/10 times

The handful of times I've been here it's always the same experience, rude customer service and it's always a young person at the drive through and they never once even communicate they just accept the payment and go on about their day. Even when I've asked for sauces they literally just throw them in the bag and walk away literally f*ck this place
