OMG where do I start?! So, the sides were the absolute worst thing I've ever eaten! The macaroni was mushy and flavorless... did they use government cheese? The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like powdered potatoes or something I could've gotten from the Dollar Tree. The chicken tenders were hot & juicy, but lacked seasoning. I feel very robbed. $16 for a meal that Half was thrown away because it was so disgusting. I doubt my dog would've even eaten this. I have had better hospital food.

Its expensive and definitely not crispy. In $48 including tax we got: - 1 side of buffalo wings 8 pcs - 2/5 too salty - 3 pc grilled chicken combo with fries and steamed veggies - 4/5 - 3 pc fried chicken combo with corn and steamed veggies - 3/5 The quality of the chicken meat was good but not spicy or crispy or wow. The service was quick and there was no line and half the dish filled us up so definitely a big portion size

This location is in the food court of Valley Fair Mall. I remember having their chicken tenders here years ago and was blown away. It was crispy and oh so juicy with this amazing dipping sauce. However, today was a different experience. Unfortunately the food was underwhelming. I notice there is a Popeye's opening up soon just a few stalls away, so Chicken Wow will have to make some major improvements to compete. What we ordered: + Crispy Wow Sandwich - was not crispy and there's no wow factor. It's served on ciabatta bread (which wasn't bad), but the chicken was not crispy at all. In fact, we had to check if we got the grilled chicken by mistake. They give you a sauce (thousand island-like) on the side, but the sandwich itself has no sauce or mayo. + Wow signature wrap - I thought this might be chunks of crispy chicken inside a wrap, but the chicken is shredded and mixed with shredded cheese. I wanted to bite into juicy bits of chicken, but what I got was chicken salad. The tortilla wrap was not bad, and it was very large. It didn't taste bad, but was underwhelming.

The Signature Wrap was delicious! Chopped fried chicken with lettuce, cheese and Thousand Island dressing. If you purchase the combo, you'll also receive a drink and some fries. Service was okay. I think they were just tired.

Seating area is ok as the place is located together with other restaurants. On busy days, it is advised to get a seat as soon as possible to avoid confronting other people for a place to sit down. Buffalo wow wings were very fresh and the chicken still has a little bit of juice inside. Not too flavorful in the way of seasoning, but is on a bit spicy and salty side. Crispy wow chicken sandwich is just pure dryness. Chicken is not crispy, but rather super soggy with no flavor. Buns were cold with no sauces on. If it was not a small slice of tomato, I might actually have to soak the sandwich in water just to swallow the food down. Very disappointing sandwich. Fries were hot and had a bit of seasoning on it making it more flavorful. The inside of the fries seems very hollow as if the potato was disappearing.

Super reasonable for a meal and satisfied our cravings. **Taste of the food, 3.5/5** - Chicken tenders were good and not too dry, especially when paired with their sauce. But the breading could have been thicker and crispier. - Macaroni and cheese was very middle of the road. Soft noodles covered in sauce, but not much flavor. - Potato salad was OK but pretty one now throughout. Next time I'll probably try the fries!

We ordered chicken wings and we found feathers in our food and the chicken was moving, and screaming. Also it came with celery and the ranch packets from sysco cooperation in houston texas and the packets weren't opening so we had to pry it open on each other's heads and then it exploded on us. Then suddenly a waiter came and attacked us with a broom
They were nice at least. But this is the driest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Not worth the price.

Being a local small business selling crispy chicken tenders, they did it good and it is consistent every time I come here. The sides are never meant to be their specialty, but it is just there to be a side and it didn't seem right to be a reason to downvote a local business like this. The servers are also very nice and willing to take feedback, had a wonderful talk with them.
