Is this place ever open? I came at a Sat at noon in Apr and it was closed but Yelp and Google said it's open. They even posted to the IG that day. Today I came back on a Sat night and still closed. There's no sign outside saying they are closed or hours of operation.

Dont even bother if you think about ordering from this place. Ive had more orders cancelled here than all the restaurants ive ordered from combined. If you call and ask why they say to put an order in again but when you go to do it then suddenly “they aren’t available “. Why even have your restaurant on a delivery app if you always cancel it?

No working phone number. Placed order on door dash. It is stuck on confirming your order. Don't bother you can't even get a hold of them to confirm they are even making your order. The service much worse in person. Find another chicken spot.

One star cuz I can't seem to get a Chick'nCone here. First visit they were unexpectedly closed (Yelp & Google showed they were open but the sign on the door said closed for maintenance). Today they were open but didn't have any cones. Hello! The name of this place is called Chick'nCone. I saw the waffle cone machine and boxes of waffle mix so I asked why they were out. The woman said they don't make the cones here; they are made at another location and delivered. :( Get your act together guys cuz you are losing customers. 4/19/2022 update: giving them one last chance... found them closed at 12:45 PM (lunch hour). Really? No sign on door, Yelp says they are open, their website says open daily but lastly I checked Google and they say they are permanently closed. Regardless of their status, I GIVE UP!

Three stars because the Food was good. Chicken crisp & moist. Cone also crisp with the right sweetness. Sauce on the chicken I chose was the maple/cinnamon. It was good & went perfectly with the chicken. My French Fries were Well seasoned & warm but I needed to take the bag up to the counter & show them it was only half filled which the woman in the back said it would take about 5 min for fresh fries to be ready. Drink that comes with the combo meal was a small child's cup size. Only 4 flavors to choose from, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Lemonade & Raspberry Tea. Price was High for the amount you get. My biggest complaint was the service. The boy at the register was RUDE. He answered me with SARCASM to the point I should have walked out. The answers to my questions about the menu were given with such a CONDESCENDING attitude I am upset with myself for purchasing the overpriced food and driving out of my way wasting my gas & time. What a disappointment i really wanted this to be a good experience with this fun twist to chicken & waffles. We drove an hour away for a good but overpriced meal with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely amazing not going to lie. Went there the first time but they were out of cones but we were determined to get chicken cones. It sounded weird but it is just amazing. The chicken is crispy and each piece is covered equally in the chicken sauce you chose. The waffle cone and chicken surprisingly go so well together with any sauce it would seem, from spicy to savory. The Cajun fries are also crispy and not overly salty which is great. Friend says the shakes are amazing so taking his word on it. Will 100% go back to try the Mac and cheese and a new sauce

Not sure about this place. Got here when they opened at noon. They forgot to unlock the door. We were the second party to order. The first party has to leave after 30 minutes of waiting because they had to get back to work. They didn’t even get a refund because the manager wasn’t there. Our food came out 40 minutes after we ordered. I got the chicken cone with cinnamon maple sauce with the drink and fries. The cone was not fresh. The chicken was good. Fries were ok. I would go back for the chicken but I can’t get over the wait time. There was another person there and said he’s been there before and it’s always at least a 20 minute wait. If you have time to spare you can try the chicken. They have difference sauce choices. Hopefully they can make the cones fresh.

We found this place when we stopped to get gas at Shell and decided to get dinner there the next night. I'm so glad we did. It was really delicious. The chicken itself was tasty and the sauces were very good. My bf had the cone with the maple sauce and a vanilla waffle milkshake and I had a sandwich with the buffalo sauce and we split an order of Cajun fries and mac and cheese. He loved his and mine was great as well. The sauce was spicy and you could taste the blue cheese. The bun was soft and tasted good. The fries were good but could have used a little more seasoning. It's a bummer that I can't do lactose because the little bit of the milkshake I tried was fantastic. My only real complaint is that I thought the mac and cheese was really salty but my bf loved it so maybe it's just me, idk. There's a powdered seasoning on top of it that seemed to add a lot of salt so maybe I would have liked it more if we had gotten it without that. Anyway, I highly recommend this place. Definitely check it out if you're into boneless fried chicken.

Not gonna lie, when you walk in you wonder if you've made a good choice... but if you stick it out you'll be pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders are delish, so is the mac n cheese. Must go with the kicknranch sauce. Gave it 4 stars, because my shake wasn't the best.

I'm so glad this place opened to satisfy my chicken and waffle cravings. The chicken and cone combo works really well for on the go, or for networking events or cocktail parties. It's pretty self contained. I heard they do catering. The chicken was crispy, and the freshly made waffle cone with a hint of sweetness perfectly complemented each other. The Cajun fries were well seasoned. I had the South African chili peri peri sauce which I was told was pretty spicy, and it was. I would love to try the other sauces to see which one I like more. I'm glad that they also have kid friendly options.
