Title: Disappointing Experience at Cold Stone StoreI recently visited the Cold Stone store at Rivermark plaza and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon ordering my ice cream, I was shocked to find that it was served without being properly mixed. Not only did this affect the taste, but it also showed a lack of quality in their service.Adding to the disappointment was the demeanor of the staff. They were incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought up the issue, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Overall, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit to Cold Stone. From the poorly mixed ice cream to the disrespectful attitude of the staff, it was a regrettable experience that I do not intend to repeat. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone seeking a pleasant ice cream experience.

I recently visited Cold Stone and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The ice cream was completely melted and the toppings were stale. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unclean. I definitely will not be returning and would advise others to steer clear as well.

Bought an ice cream cake- cheesecake called desire… nowhere tasty like it used to be. The yellow cake is not fresh and drier than the Arizona desert!! So much for advertising their moist cakes ! 36$ down the drain!!

Extremely impolite and ill mannered staff.I asked a question from the guy whose name is Andrew and he didn’t even bother himself to answer.Then I asked again and he answered reluctantly.(I can’t say he answered just nodded)Seems like they hate their job or interaction with customers.The funny thing is that there is a choice for tip when you pay.Seriously?Why would someone pay tip to an impolite and inconsiderate server who ignores you while looking at your eyes?

Garbage employee did not treat my son right! He can thanks god I wasn’t there because I’ll trow him over the ice cream if it happens when I’m present I don’t care! If you are working on service better deliver a good service if not move on!

I can't really recall ever having an overtly positive experience at this location, but our recent trip pretty much tracked what I've come to expect. Monday evening around 8:30, came into get a premade cake. The dude with his dangly earring was busy talking to people in the back about music. He approached without acknowledging us at all, and guessing he wouldn't have even said hi had we not said it first. He pressed a few buttons, spun the little tablet around so fast I thought it was about to fall over and just walked away. Again, this kind of tracks with the experience for this location, but just hope their hiring practices get better. Dude has no place there.

The lady who took our order rushed us along she did not ask me if I would like to add my points for my rewards she simply told me very quickly the total and walked off for me to tap my card. There were no customers behind us so no need to rush and hurry us away as if she didn't want to be bothered. When asked for a spoon she pointed to a container on top of the broken cooler with unwrapped spoons in it. Usually used for spoons used for samples. The presentation and the fact that everyone who comes in with NO access to hand sanitizer or a hand washing station is quite unsettling to say the least
I ordered an ice cream and I was about to put a spoonful in my mouth until I seen A BLACK HAIR in it. I love cold stone and RECOMMENDED this place to everyone and this just saddens me. They proceeded to joke about who's black hair was in my ice cream and laughed when the female worker was making me another one.This cold stone is far from sanitary and I will not RECOMMEND anyone to come here.

Very disappointed after coming here for a tub of sweet cream ice cream. First, there was no customer, yet I had to wait while the person working there was doing something. Then he greeted me with "what do you want". I asked for Oreos mixed in. He took just a little bit of Oreos, nearly not enough for the 32 oz tub and how much we've always gotten in the past. The mixing was done poorly and all the Oreos were on one side.

Nice Silk vegan ice cream - great with the topping mix ins. Mango Strawberry sorbet was pretty sweet but tasty. Good choice of portion sizes. Line was about 10 deep but moved quickly and staff kept it orderly. Location is in a strip mall - parking was pretty easy and though we didn't have dinner at the strip mall there are plenty of choices if you want to do both.
