Visited on a Monday evening, hardly any traffic, parking was quick and easy. Entered through the main entrance with just my Costco gift card, then cut through to the food court side and found my way to the self-order kiosks (no lines at the machines). The ordering process as a non-member was a cinch, they didn't ask for Costco membership info, so I just swiped my gift card, and the receipt printed out instantly. Entered the longass line for food pickup, which stretched to the warehouse exit line around 6:30pm, and surprisingly reached the front of the line about 5-6 minutes later, it was that quick no exaggeration. Good job, Costco food court... got to enjoy my juicy and filling chicken bake without any issues or delays, and it was still hot and delicious by the time I arrived home. I'm a happy customer :)

I mean, you really can't beat a giant slice of pizza for $1.99 can you? I dare you to try. My favorite is their cheese pizza cause it's so dang loaded with cheesy goodness. But you can't go wrong with that oily pepperoni either! The chicken bake is delicious! And I love the Mocha Freeze. Great hotdogs too, big and meaty. The only thing that's disappointing with the hotdog option is they no longer have the chopped onions, which makes me sad. Great sodas for a few quarters. And the soft serve now has strawberry flavor which is off the chain creamy and delectable. Most recently I tried their new roast beef sandwich, it was quite expensive at $10 and really bready with not enough of anything on the inside. Kind of surprising! I won't be getting that again. However there are enough great choices here, I will continue to try and time my shopping sprees so I can have concession food lunch. Still the best deal anywhere. Only bad thing is there is not much seating and it's always full.

Some cashiers at COSTCO forget that putting speed first before quality service is not always good. Every time I buy Bananas or delicate fruit at COSTCO, the cashiers and their helpers just throw the bananas into the cart 1st and then throw a heavy box in the cart afterwards that ends up hitting the bananas, after I spent all that time trying to choose bananas with the least amount of bruises. I asked the helper to please be more careful next time and she just looked towards my cart for 2 seconds , mumbled a insincere “sorry” and then walked away as fast as she could. If it had happened to that COSTCO employee where their fruit or eggs, etc was thrown into the cart forcefully after spending $250 - $400 on groceries then maybe they would be more considerate next time. Costco managers, Please train your staff to try to put the heavy stuff in the cart 1st and then gently put the fragile foods, Easily Bruised fruit, etc in last ,and at the top.

Sooooooo Costco pizza is delicious, along with the churros, don't get me wrong! The food tasted delicious, but wearing gloves and not changing them as you take someone's money and then touch their food is quite disgusting to me. This particular employee was only protecting their own hands and not the safety of the customers, which I realize the employee does not know or care about. Perhaps they need to go over food management and do a set up similar to Togos where they have one cashier and one person handling food. Just an idea. The food tasted delicious, but I was a little grossed out and had I not been the first customer to receive my food, I will not be going back. I will drive to South San Jose or Alameden Valley and get pizza there.

Customer service was very rude. Said I had to wait 20 minutes for my pre-paid pizza after I paid for it to be ready. It had already been 25 minutes.
