Ordered ahead on a Sunday morning and the food was ready fairly quickly. Food was hot and the sandwich itself was very tasty. It’s a little pricey but I think it’s worth it, especially because the chicken is so big. Lots of good flavor and will definitely be back to try their other breakfast sandwiches.

Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Weird and possibly raw-ish chicken.

Smaller than I thought, more of a order and pick up place than sit down and eat. There are a few tables there where you can eat there. The potato puree with coddled egg is phenomenal! I also had the breakfast burger that was really good. I will def try the scramble sando next. The Vietnamese coffee was excellent.

I like the restaurant having a minimalistic design, the food is okay but could improve. For instance, I got the burger, it lacks the taste because the meat seemingly dried up. Though I credit them for their drinks because I got their strawberry hojicha and passion fruit-orange juice green tea, and they both taste great. Overall, I wish they could adjust their food because it had high hopes. I just don’t want to go back and eat another dry burger (or sandwich).

Ordered pick up from DoorDash and waited for 10 min to arrive to the store. I asked the staff working there about the pick up order and received no response. After waited for another 15 min, my order was ready but no one has told me. The service was very disappointing.

I've came to Egghead Sando a few times but I recall it was slightly better in the past. But it is still a solid 4 stars because it's rare to have popcorn chicken styled sandwich nearby that taste pretty good.

Really bad food. The buns were hard on the edges. The eggs were not seasoned and tasted blandTater tots were dry and tasteless. The staff started cleaning while we were eating and the smell of soap was not pleasing while we were having lunch.

First off, this place is not clean, food is not fresh, and my friend had food poisoning after having lunch at this place. 2nd, Satan Clara County Environmental Health later investigated here couple days later and STILL found violations. Like come on guys they started the investigation late enough but it’s been couple days and you guys still haven’t changed a thing. That tells you enough about this place. And btw, the violation includes expired seasonings, keeping raw meat at the wrong temperatures, and improper cooking temperatures. So…… good luck to you, but I will never ever come here.

I wanted to like this place so badly because the ambiance was so cute! But the service and quality was well below my expectations. I paid extra for avocado and it was not included. I ordered the only gluten-free breakfast option which was an arugula salad with an egg on top and it was not good. The salad was wet and flavorless. I threw it in the trash after 5 bites. Huge waste of $, maybe it would have been better with avocado but I will never know because they didn't include it. We also ordered two matcha lattes and they were very bitter (one dimensional flavor). I didn't mind mine because I like the taste of matcha powder but my husband didn't enjoy his. Will not be back again.

Great spot for a very filling breakfast sandwich or a casual brunch moment! I'd like to come back again (maybe after a workout) soon and try out a different coffee/drink on their menu and another sandwich. You can order ahead online and there is a handful of tables both inside and outside. At my first visit, I really enjoyed the Hawaiian Morning Sandwich. It had an amazing house sauce spread on it. It's not quite a thousand island sauce-- but similar and much better. They are very generous with both the spam and arugula..it's called balance!!! I had this for brunch and was super full after. The brioche buns are so fluffy and nicely toasted. I also enjoyed my iced house coffee - I like that you can customize it to your liking. My favorite part about this place is the fact that hot sauce packets are available to grab...! That's very hard to find these days. My sandwich and tots went great with hot sauce. I noticed that the water spout was a bit slow and possibly faulty in the first week of Feb. 2024, but it was nice that they have free water on tap to begin with! Can't complain, just some feedback!

Egghead used to make some of the best breakfast sandwiches in the Bay Area but it seems like the quality has dropped quite a bit since the last time I visited several months ago. Got the Ultimate Sando and it was just sad; eggs were bland and overcooked and the avocado, chives, and spicy mayo were completely missing.

The breakfast sandwiches here are so good!! The location is nice and clean but there isn't much seating so I'd recommend ordering to go if you're there during early breakfast hours.

The food here is good for the value. I ordered The Chic. The fried chicken is giant and juicy. Ordered in-store for cheaper price than the food delivery app!

I've had Egghead several times before. This location in particular is spacious and has a nice & modern aesthetic to it. Parking is also pretty good. I ordered ahead of time on their website (~10 mins before) since I know they can take a while to make the sandwich. My go-to is also the Chick Sandwich (4.5/5). I love their generously huge slabs of chicken fried to perfection. Along with the combo of sweet brioche bun, fried egg, arugula & spicy mayo sauce that can not to wrong. On this visit, the only minor disappointment was a slightly overcooked egg; a runnier consistency would have been preferable. This time around, I also tried the Sesame Milk Latte (3/5). The consistency is thick & very grainy. While drinking this halfway through, I can feel the graininess pulp getting stuck going up the straw. The sesame flavor is there and I like that the drink isn't too sweet but I would have liked it if they strained the pulp out more. Overall, Egghead still remains a dependable spot for a swift breakfast or lunch. Despite the minor hiccup with the latte, I'll continue to be a loyal customer, consistently ordering their yummy chicken sandwiches!
