Flemings earns 5 stars for me because it hits all the levels for this style of restaurant. That is to say; a high food standard restaurant operating inside a large corporate business zone. So your atmosphere is clean, light and casual enough for work team dinners while still having an up scale appearance & feel.Clearly defined open bar space and well stocked wine selection.Parking: The main parking lot serves all the local business in the center so it is dynamic. You can drive around until something opens, or you can use the parking garage that adds a bit more of a walk. They have their own valet service right at the front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: While we dined we noticed a few families with younger children & even babies & toddlers. The accomodations appeared to work for them & the other patrons.

First of all, the petite filet was fabulous, perfectly cooked to medium. However, I can't say that about the rest of the meal. The pear/blue cheese salad was tasty, but the 3 small crumbles of blue cheese don't justify the title. The green beans were tasteless and hard - not crispy done. The carrot cake dessert was a highlight too. I was celebrating my birthday with a girlfriend, so the chocolate truffles and carrot cake were a delight. Service was minimal, which might have been nice if we were seated in a corner or a booth where we could have relaxed and chatted, but we were seated near the entrance/high traffic area, squished in-between two large table of 8 people, so there was little ability to have a conversation between courses and being constantly bumped by waiters/waitresses attending to the other tables. We had made early reservations on Sunday evening (5pm), hoping to avoid some of the ambience issues but everyone else must have had the same idea, it was a quite busy evening.

Did not realize the appetizer was 95.00 which was more expensive than the entrees. In high end restaurants the waiter would normally tell the customer what the price is, saving them the embarrassment of having to ask. Also the dry aged steak was thin, greasy and very fatty. Wife liked the fish in a Steakhouse. Been here dozens of times and the quality keeps getting worse... we're done here. This was not worthy of a 400.00 bill for 2. Back to Mastros we go.

Food and service was amazing. The Dry aged rib eye from this location is still one of the best steaks I have ever had in my life. Staff are amazing they make you feel welcome.

Solid steakhouse for business meals or special occasions. A wide selection of USDA beef cuts, as well as many seafood options along with chicken and pork. Very good sides to go with the main dishes. Efficient and friendly service. Parking during lunch is very easy, but parking lot gets very full at dinner time, so use the valet service or arrive early.

Nice Anniversary set up. Drinks were good definitely recommend the blueberry lemon drop. We had to ask 3 different people for bread it seemed like our waiter was never to be found the whole night. Food came out and it and it was cold after waiting for about 2 hours, very disappointing but the manager was very kind enough to bring out a whole new batch for us. Received my new steak and noticed it was well done compared to medium well at that point I was starving and didn't want to wait another hour for food. We received complimentary champagne and dessert as well overall the manager really made the difference in our experience. Would probably not come back but very much appreciated the hospitality from the manager.

Food, service and place rating of my experience with my wife on our February ‘24 visit is very good. Prices are comparable to other high end places, their attention to our special occasion was impressive. Park lot gets filled quickly but they offer valet also-fyi. Thanks to the santa clara staff.

Adequate dinner Saturday night. The kitchen struggled throughout our early dinner. The “B” crew appeared to be manning the kitchen. Food was slow to come out with especially long waits between courses, and this was before it started getting busy. They also missed on my steak temperature. They corrected, but this does further disrupt the flow and experience of the dinner. My wife's calamari was rather overcooked. Service was okay, though a bit too casual, though well meaning, for supposed fine dining. Not our best experience here. Quite bumpy of an unnecessarily elongated dinner.

Nice classy steak house. I haven't been to a Fleming's since pre-pandemic and prices have gone way up. Perhaps to be expected?I would skip the chicken sandwich.

We went to Fleming's Santa Clara for lunch. This Fleming's is the only one in northern California that serves lunch until 3 PM. We shared an excellent large caesar salad and then each had the filet mignon lunch entree with spinach. The cabernet reduction sauce was excellent, and steaks cooked to perfection. Excellent service in a relaxing, luxurious setting. We highly recommend this Fleming's !

We visited the place based on the google search for best steakhouse in Sunnyvale. It is definitely an upscale restaurant and very crowded for a weekday visit. We ordered for salmon grill and filet mignon. The salmon came with smoky bbq sauce and mushrooms and tasted damn good. Surprisingly the filet mignon didnt come with any sides for the price they offer. We ordered some cheesy potato for the sides. We went for medium cooked steak and it was damn juicy, tasty, soft and very well cooked. The potato was loaded with heavy cheese. We couldn't finish the steak completely, though it tasted good. We finished with a gooey choco pastry and coffee, both of them were ok. We were served with unlimited complimentary breads with 2 spreads( something like cheesy butter and another spread that had heavy onion flavour). The bread was top notch, much softer than cheese cake factory's bread. We also ordered a lichi based mocktail, may not be the best. The only disapointing part was on the time taken to deliver the food, it took more than 50 mins with no updates. We were waiting for the food cluelessly!

This place is the Denny's of steakhouses. Nothing unique, food is not that good, and service is wham-bam. But the prices are as though it's of the best in the world. This is mostly people on expense accounts, I guess. This place is terrible to say the least.
