I'm not sure if there's an option to reserve here, but everytime I've come there is about a 10-15 minute wait-- I guess a testament to how good the food really is!If you're not super hungry, you might want to consider sharing with a friend, as the portions are quite nice and filling. The ratio of noodle-meat-broth-veggie is done well, something that many ramen restaurants often can't achieve. The charsiu is meat is soft and fatty (but in the good way) and I was actually wishing for more pieces of just that!The interior of the restaurant is nothing super special (which is fine), and you'll likely eat and dash, not somewhere that I'd stay for more time to hang out.

I got the Tonkotsu ramen. The broth was amazing and not too spicy. I was able to add a little bit more spice that was provided to my liking. The meat was cooked to perfection.
Ramen here is terrific. The pork is so soft and delicious and the noodles are fresh. It’s large portions so we didn’t order the seafood cucumber salad this time. I like that they automatically charge 16% tip so you don’t have to calculate at the end. Strawberry and cucumber infused water is nice. Sevice is quick and friendly. We drive from Fremont to get Ramen here.

I recently visited here and was utterly disappointed by the service and treatment I received. Despite there being at least three empty tables suitable for four people each, my companion and I, a group of two, were not allowed to sit at any of them. The waiter insisted that those tables were reserved, despite no reservations being made, and we were forced to sit uncomfortably elsewhere.To add insult to injury, we witnessed the waiter split one of the supposedly reserved four-person tables to accommodate a couple of white customers who arrived after us. This blatant discrimination and preferential treatment towards certain patrons based on their race and group size are utterly unacceptable and disgraceful.Also, 16% service charge add on the bill for discrimination.Customers deserve better than what was offered during my visit, and until meaningful changes are made, I will be taking my patronage elsewhere.
