Overall great but this morning staff on April 4th do not pay attention to orders. I order a sausage biscuit with fries instead got hashbrowns. And then got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Instead got a biscuit with egg?! Check your orders before you leave this location.

At 5:30 p.m. on the 29th of November, 23I stopped at this Jack-in-the-Box because I was driving home and used the drive-through. I waited as the cashier instructed, and after twenty minutes, she returned and asked what I would like. After processing my order, she said, "Can you hold on? You just had me wait 20 minutes and you want me to hold on again." I left the drive-through, drove past the drive-through window, and saw no one at the front counter. It was unclear why she needed a hold on as no one was in the restaurant, neither were there any cars in front of me waiting to place an order. Would

The food is fresh but when you suddenly see a cashier who goes to the kitchen and grabs pickles with dirty hands without gloves and eats them in front of a customer you have to be careful with that and to top it off she has big ones I think her name is

Ordered food online for lunch at 11.As I got to jack in the box the drive thru was blocked off and they had a sign saying closed for an hour.My lunch is only an hour and over at 12.If they had a meeting they could’ve done that another time cause now I’m starving and wondering how am I gonna eat when my lunch is over at 12. Ridiculous!!

The cashier told me to wait so I proceeded to wait and cashier came back 20 minutes later and asked what I would like and proceeded with my order and she said can you hold on You just had me wait 20 minutes and you want me to hold on again so left the drive-through drove by the drive-through window didn’t see anybody there when driving by the front counter. No one was there either there was nobody in the restaurant standing to order food, nor was there any cars ahead of me to order food, so was questioned , why does she need a hold on? Would not recommend coming to this Jack-in-the-Box if that’s how they’re gonna treat their customers was very upset.

This place has just a few workers for the overnight hours, and they deliver every time I show up.Parking: Plenty of space regarding the parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Though the place is wheelchair accessible, watch out for cars. The location of the door access is dangerously close to the exit for the drive-thru vehicles. There's plenty of space in the parking lot, so, as you're **wheelchair-ing** up to the door be sure to watch the last car at the window receiving their order/food.

What can you say about Jack in The Box?? Its just Jack in the box, if you have a craving for a taco or curly fries and you don't care much about your health, eat it. I do t eat it, but have a family member that sometimes splurges and risks life and death to have the smoosh meat tacos and super fried curly fries. Would I eat it?? I have in years past, but its been more than 15 years ?

Never thought I'd even waste my team writing a review about a Fast food restaurant but here we are... 1 whole hour in the drive thru line. Don't tell us they're only taking cash until we get to the order window which took 30 minutes in itself. I ORDERED TWO THINGS. TWO DAMN THINGS AND THEY STILL BOTCHED IT.

It's Jack, so don't expect anything more than average regarding food quality or class of service. However, it's one of the few local spots that's open 24/7…or so they say.They are closed around 4-5 AM due to system maintenance but they don’t advertise this so don’t come here during that time.
