I ordered a açaí bowl and asked the substitute the honey for extra granola and double blended they gave me honey and it was overly watery and I told them and they made me another one no extra granola and still very if not even more watery terrible experience don't recommend at all

03' Adolescence by J. Cole (I used Shazam), very loud in the store annoying. Couldn’t hear the employee over it. And more than $8 for the new medium? Still love the smoothies, not sure they’re worth it anymore though.

They are always super slow. I tried to get something today and But no one was even there with no sign and a bunch of food just cut up and left open. Waiting about 10 minutes before I gave up.

We came in for a last minute gift card for a Easter present! Graham D. was my server and was very personable. I asked for a small cup to put the gift card in and Graham was so pleasant and said what a great gift idea!We were in San Jose for a basketball tournament so this was our first time to this Jamba Juice!Huge Kudos to Graham!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been a loyal Jamba Juice customer for years but yesterday we had to wait 22 minutes to receive our order. They were understaffed and person making the drinks seemed flustered at having to make so many orders. When mine arrived it was disgusting. . He had put wayy too much spirulina in it and who knows what else because it tasted awful.I had an appointment to get to but didn’t feel right in dumping it after waiting so long and the cost factor close to $10. I opted to ask them to redo or return. Person at register was not in a good mood and mentioned it might take awhile when I asked to redo. There were few people waiting to pay and he was not even polite about it so I dumped $10 in the trash and left. No excuse zero. Plus being on a cane waiting to dump a drink in the garbage didn’t help the pain caused by having to stand and wait for so long. Whoever owns this Jamba should consider taking far better care of customers and set up efficient system for delivering their product. Was hard not to allow this to ruin my morning. The Jamba at Great Mall is great! Never a fail if you don’t like something they are polite as can be and quick to redo hardly happens.

The manager Cat was extremely rude!! When asked her if I could use my discount from my app she snapped with "uh yeah , scan your phone, the scanner is RIGHT THERE" and when I went to pay with cash she let all the change drop and I had to pick it up from the floor... never been treated so bad before. On top of that we waited over an hour for 1 bowl and 1 drink. Never coming back here

If I could rate this location a zero, I would. Not only does the staff take an excessive amount to acknowledge your presence but the cleanliness is shocking. Poor customer service and rude employees. So many negative experiences I finally decided to write a review.
