I used to come here fairly regularly but this place seems to have fallen pretty hard. We ordered a yukhoe (raw beef tartare) but this time it came out still frozen unlike when I've had this dish here multiple times prior. The beef basically looked like cold red french fries. When we asked our server about it she basically told us that was how that dish is which is strange since it was never served to us like that when we ordered it during previous visits.I also ordered soup noodles for $20 which ended up being just broth and noodles with nothing else. I get that costs associated with eating out have gone up but I still can't help but feel punked paying that much for that.I likely won't come back here again. The quality of food has gone down significantly, and there are a lot of better options in the area.

Delicious, but before you know it, the price has risen

Ordered 4 meat from charcoal bbq, total over $200 before tax. The sever managed to burn every single meat. It was a terrible experience. The exhaust fan was also very weak, so the smoke from the bbq blow all over our faces and even affected neighboring table.

Delicious. The owner is friendly. However, the restaurant does not look clean. The floor is slippery due to oil. I wish I could clean it well.

Good food with lots of free additions to the meal and a wide choice of sides.

The quality and atmosphere of this restaurant does not match the prices at all.Okay BBQ but incredibly expensive ($60 or $80 after tax for a few slices of Kalbi—enough to feed 1 person). Seafood pancake was doused in oil and barely had any pieces of seafood in it. Kimchi and other side dishes lacked flavor and depth. Friendly service but hard to make up for the taste of the food and the smoky atmosphere.I recommend visiting 10 Butchers instead (short drive away, similar prices but worth it for the significantly higher quality of the food, better ambiance, and more attentive service).

Excellent food, both charcoal grill kbbq & cook meal menu. Frequent here for their excellent lunch menu. Can't beat them for the food quality.

Hidden gem in Santa Clara. One of my favorite Korean BBQ places in the South Bay. Fast and efficient service, coupled with good quality meats (beef, pork, chicken, seafood) makes it a great experience every time. Can get smokey, though, so don’t wear your favorite outfit if you don’t want the smokey smell. Parking lot can get full, but there’s free street parking as well.

Put the wrong order and had us waited our food for like 30 mins. Later we found a very long hair in our short rib soup, they did not charge us anything though, thank you.good

This place is one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants in the Bay Area. We visit here routinely and have never been disappointed with their taste, quality, and services. They cook meats on real charcoals, which is one of the authentic Korean styles we love. I especially recommend their Galbi or marinated short rib. They also offer various drink options, including draft beer.

It was delicious, but the service wasn't that good compared to the price. Customers had to grill the meat themselves. The atmosphere was that of a typical Korean restaurant.

(I learned from my visit that this is one of the few Korean BBQ restaurants in this area that is permitted to use charcoal grills in the table (apparently such permits are not handed out anymore). I didn't really think about it as I wasn't too observant whether the Korean BBQ restaurants used gas or charcoal until now, but now I know.)The quality of the meat was good, and the owner was grilling for the table, and he was very friendly and gave us honest opinions on the menu.To be clear, I'm only docking a star in Atmosphere because this place may seem a bit bland in the interior, but I do believe that is the "authentic" KBBQ atmosphere.

This restaurant stands out for its exceptional meat quality, far surpassing any other Korean BBQ establishment in town. Their marinated galbi is crafted from premium prime-grade meat, an uncommon practice among Korean BBQ restaurants. The owner's dedication to providing such high-quality ingredients is evident in every dish they serve.
