This location on Stevens Creek in Saratoga has been remodeled in the last year or two, so it's pretty nice, clean, modern and overall has a good vibe. Had a very difficult time using the flat panel display to order our lunch, I kept going blank I'd have to tap it to bring it back to life, it was a little confusing and not super intuitive. Unfortunately something about the double quarter pounder didn't sit right and I had a uncomfortable afternoon digesting it, I'm not sure why but every time I eat at McDonald's I just don't feel good, I'd like to say that I enjoyed eating a McDonald's unfortunately I don't. Took my mom here because that's where she wanted to go so I had no choice but McDonald's would not be my restaurant of choice.Parking: Plenty of open free parking, nice close walk to the restaurant, easy to get in and out of, parking lots like this make going to restaurants fast and simple.Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to whisk my mom in a wheelchair, push her up to a table that worked for her ergonomically and she was extremely happy.

Best McDonalds First, they play the best music. They are also very fast with breakfast. Wonderful they do / sell online "Egg Biscuit" just like that -- half McDonald's don't. Clean. Friendly. Good job everyone!!!

Good food, service was generally fast and good, as usual. Atmosphere can leave more to be desired ONLY BECAUSE: the homeless folks kinda 'drag down' the atmosphere and feeling of the store. It's hard to eat in peace when there are screaming or sad looking humans in your vicinity. However: I appreciate also that the staff have always been kind and patient for these poor people, in ways that they are able to - shows humanity and integrity.Parking: It's goodKid-friendliness: It seems ok but N9NE of the McDonald's have play areas anymore....kinda sad. Bring back outside play!!Wheelchair accessibility: All accessible,good job!!
